It's a motel, right? Not an five star hotel.
I had to spend 5 days in Sunnyvale for a training session. I barely was present at the motel, I just needed a place to shower and sleep. Nothing to be disapointed of, I showered and slept. I would do it again if it had to be so. Paying wifi a shame with regards that you can have free wifi in almost every restaurant you get ... The pool was to small to actually swim, and too cold to be a pleasant place to chill. But I didn't find anything cheaper elsewhere, it still sounds like a best deal if you don't plan to spend lot of time on site and you don't care about tons of facilities.

We stayed for a night and the room smelled like cigarettes. The sink didnt work properly sprayed us everywhere.

The check in process was very simple and front desk was very friendly . She explained everything easily and I found parking right in front of my room! Great experience!

While we do not equip our rooms with hair dryers they are available to borrow from the Front Desk. I am sorry if those were all lent away when you asked us for one. Hopefully you will consider us on your next visit to Santa Clara.

I am sorry to hear that your impression of our property was less than ideal. It is true we do not have in room coffee machines and we never have at this location. Only the rooms that are listed as having a refrigerator will have a refrigerator and those rooms have a higher price point than rooms that will not have that amenity item. Hopefully we can make a better impression on your next visit to Santa Clara.

It’s probably the best room I’ve stayed in, clean and quiet. The people there were very nice and more importantly they allow dogs which was really good. I enjoyed my stay.

I am a family of 5, with 3 children under the age of 15 yrs old, they put us alll the way in the back of the property! Which felt so unsafe, people walking around everywhere at night, and terrible noises all night! Then the shower, was so hard to pull out the knob and turn it on my 13’yr old couldn’t even turn the thing on!

I booked a queen size bed and I got a twin bed with a restroom that was beaten up with the broken shower head and water was everywhere. It was a terrible visit. Dog area had pooped everywhere.

The hotel was so dirty, you could have stayed on the streets and been cleaner. Nasty sink and tub. Hotel staff was heartless. Pool was disgusting. Overall…trash hotel!

I would give this Motel 6 zero stars if I could. My experience was unacceptable on multiple levels. My initial room was horrifying. It reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. There were stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a general feeling of uncleanliness. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a different room. Sadly, the second room wasn't much of an improvement. While the smoke smell was less intense, there was still a lingering odor. The room still felt grimy, with questionable marks on the walls and a dusty feel to the furniture. I understand Motel 6 is a budget option, but this was beyond basic standards of cleanliness. I will not stay at this location, or likely any Motel 6, again.
