Excellent property. Large clean studio with everything needed for a nice relaxing trip. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to State Street with all the buzz, restaurants and bars. Loved the nice enclosed yard - perfect to have brunch, cocktail or barbecue with friends.Will be back!Diliana

We were in SB for Father’s 90th bday. My sister also had a studio at the Villa, so we could all visit in the great yard area. All fenced in and well lit at night. We had our dog with us and she was very welcome. We could walk to my parents house, and any number of restaurants. It was a great location! Plus it had parking since we drove from SD.

This was the perfect weekend stay to explore Santa Barbara. It's the perfect size for 2 and had easy parking (the dream!). Overall, the hosts made check-in so easy, we had a small issue in the bathroom when we got there and within minutes, the owner came by, checked it out, and offered us a quick solution. The room was clean, had the necessary amenities and was so cute. Great to walk to State St. for dinner or a few minutes from the beach. We'll be going back!

This was a great time away in Santa Barbara. The studio was in the best location to walk everywhere and was such a cute, cozy and fun place to stay. Having the community yard was an added bonus and you can’t beat having reserved parking!! Will definitely be back here for my next trip.

We were in SB for a wedding and needed a convenient place to stay where we could have a quick breakfast and plenty of room to change clothes for the different events. This was a perfect find. It looks exactly as in the photos and is modern, clean, and very well appointed. Highly recommended.

Overall the place was very nice and we will be going back again. The walls are thin so you can hear everything in the next unit. The people next to us left their dog crying for hours during the day but we were out enjoying SB so it really only bothered us on one day.

The Vacation Rental was great!! It was tastefully decorated, spacious, and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and minus the 5am bird calls (out of your control), it was very quiet. Bathroom also very spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was very convenient and directions with the codes all worked seamless. If I had to nitpick anything, it would just be the confirmation process. I had to sign a lot of documents and got over 12 emails. It's definitely a great option for someone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel but still wants to be downtown SB. I highly recommend!

Immaculate and well-equipped, also one of the best handicapped-accessible bathrooms we've had the pleasure of staying in. My husband is in a wheelchair and the level-entry shower, bars near the toilet, and shallow sink were very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, and in walking distance to downtown. There are loads of great restaurants close by and it's a short drive to the beach areas. Onsite parking is a big plus. We would definitely recommend this location. There are larger units in the same building.
