Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming, casting, and Airplay features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

My husband and I had a wonderful Stay at Casa Valerio (Unit 6D) the place looked exactly as it does in the pictures! The bed was super comfortable. The place was clean and the amenities were spectacular! Host was super responsive! Definitely would book again when I come back to Santa Barbara!

Great place, Great location.

We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods. We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off. The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. I liked that the sidewalk/patio had cafe table with 2 chairs and was off to the side of the house. It offered nice privacy and the western sun. We spent evenings out there with a bottle of wine and was lovely. The bed was really comfortable! The unit also came with toiletries, in case you forgot yours, which was much appreciated! It was nice to have a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishes. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely adored this listing. The location was AMAZING and the accommodations were also incredible. It was located just off of State Street and was in a quiet and safe area. As a solo traveler I tend to get nervous when booking in places I have never been but I could not have felt more safe here! It is short walking distance to all things downtown and was SO nice. The inside was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host left so many different toiletries and necessities for myself and I will definitely be staying here again!

Quaint place with great location

Lovely overnight stay in Santa Barbara. Super clean spot with great walking distance to shops and food. Even in a busier area it was quiet and nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had wonderful stay at Casa Velerio suite. Dee was very helpful helping us get access to our suite. Very comfortable accommodations. We love going to all restaurants on State street within walking distance. Highly recommend this lovely boutique suite.

Amazing!

Perfect location, just a short walk to state street where all the great restaurants and shopping are. The unit was just like the pictures, and the shower products were wonderful and they even provided mini makeup remover whipes (so cute). Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well worth it!

Perfect location

Location, cleanliness, comfort all 5 stars. A bit on the small side and view is a wall but location means you can walk to park and to great restaurants and outdoor spaces to hang out.
