- The doors are equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
- Free parking in private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors
- Free street parking if the garage is full
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)

- One large pet max, or two small (excludes certified service animals and ESAs)
- Pet fees apply per pet, per stay
- Please, no animals on furniture. Do not leave pets unattended or crated in the unit
- Must disclose pet when booking or after reservation
- Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located on the first floor next to the elevator.
