Les plus : une vue incroyable, le personnel est attentionné et le restaurant est vraiment bon. Les moins : les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées ; on entend la télé de la chambre voisine. Il manque de commodité, par exemple les chambres ne sont pas équipées de frigidaire.

The place is very clean, but they have a list of items to charge if broken or lost and it is obvious but for example, $15 if the key of the room gets lost, really? Also when we checked in, the receptionist was not very friendly, but besides this, everybody else was super nice and the place is beautiful.

I stayed for 1 night. The view is pretty unbeatable and worth any price. I understand that the area usually remains cool, however a fan would be appreciated on the rooms, as well as a mini fridge if possible. The pupusas and breakfast were ok for local standards, and would be certainly enjoyed by foreigners. If you are driving, you will have to pay a small entrance fee to Cerro Verde, and as this allows you to walk around the park, you will not regret it! Hotel and restaurant staff were great 👍

The stay was nice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating specially the ones that work at the restaurant. We started in room 110 which had no hot water or blinds we were immediately moved the next day. Room 104 was so much better. Only issue I have is if you have noisy neighbors then you can hear everything. The views are spectacular and don’t for forgot to hike to a volcano. And do be aware of creepy crawlers like bugs and spiders but again this is nature. A refrigerator in the room would be nice. The grounds are well maintained. I would stay here again.

This is truly a unique setting. The property is nestled in a beautiful mountain forest and overlooks one of El Salvador's most iconic volcanoes, Izalco, "the lighthouse of the Pacific". The views are breathtaking especially at sunset. The restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. This is a perfect place to stay if spending the days hiking the nearby volcanoes.

I didn’t like this property because they don’t tell you that you cannot leave the property after 8 pm because the property is inside the park and that you cannot get out of the property before 8 am because the park is closed. So you are locked in between 8 pm and 8am so inconvenient! The restaurant food and staff was terrible. I don’t recommend this property to anyone.

Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Large patio with comfortable seating and amazing views of the volcano. Bed is super comfy (pillows, not so great). Had lunch at the restaurant, cheap and delicious.

I booked this hotel to climb the volcanoes. There is basically no entry/exit from the park from 8pm till 8am, therefore it is extremely inconvenient to climb the volcanoes. I wanted to do a sunrise hike to Santa Ana. The hotel was kind enough to connect with me with a guide. I told the front desk various times I will leave around 3:50am for the sunrise hike and also left a to-go box in front desk fridge. I woke up at 3:30am, got my coffee, picked up my to-go-box from the front-desk and started driving to the trailhead where the guide wanted me to arrive at 4am... Only to learn that I cannot even exit the park until 8am, as the gates were closed. Unfortunately, the staff not telling me I cannot leave until 8am and also not having this information displayed in Expedia (as of Feb 18th) lead to a very subpar experience for me. Not sure what happens if one needs to catch a morning flight or has an emergency health issue. You are basically stuck in the park between 8pm and 8am.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are fantastic, comfortable, clean. The bedding is perfect and allows a magnificent rest. The space is open, elegant, and the staff is always attentive, polite and knowledgeable. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, the food is excellent, the ambiance is romantic. My only regret is having stayed too few days. One recommendation is to offer a choice between an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink upon arrival. The only availability of a frozen drink was too limited. I would also offer sweaters in the boutique store. They’d sell like hot cakes instantly. I hope to be back!

The hotel was but had problems with lack of shower water and hot water. Also delayed restaurant dinner service. Waited 1 hour to get the menu and the order didn't arrive with all items. Not the waiters fault it was lack of staff. Full restaurant with 3 waiters who tried their best. Management didn't care about the bad service. Also the food was serviced room temperatur on a previos night. Sad because experience was better a year ago.

The views are gorgeous. The beds were amazing with the softest sheets I have ever experienced in a hotel. Like many places in El Salvador the hot water was limited. It is definitely cooler in the higher elevation so dress accordingly.

This was a beautiful location. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant. From the restaurant you can see the volcano. I also stayed in the volcano view, it wasn’t nothing special. It is a very boring location to stay at. There’s no entertainment at all. This place would be so much better if they had a hot tub, it gets really cold there. I would recommend eating there and visiting for a day. It’s definitely not worth staying at this location. Save yourself some money and stay at a place that has more entertainment and doesn’t have as many fees. Food is alright. Nothing special like I said. I can get better food at some locals place then here

I had a baby stroller, a backpack and two heavy handbags (carrying for my wife and toddler). During check in, the bellboy didn’t even bother to help me with the bags when walking us to our room. The room floor and the bed had dead bugs (not tiny bugs, some big spiders and a wasp). For the price of this room, I’m disappointed it didn’t offer amenities like toothbrushes or hairdryer.

We liked the wonderful views and quietness. At times it seemed the restaurant may have been slightly understaffed but the food was good.

Overall everything was very nice only thing was you could hear every noise from the room next to us.Did not feel we had privacy.There's a door connectiong the rooms and pretty much felt like i was part of the family next door.Room next to us was young kids,were're on our late 40's and were too loud all night, we even stayed late but also wanted to get some rest.Otherwise,the place was lovely.

Para ser un hotel boutique ( que no es barato) me parece inaceptable que nuestra habitación no tenía agua caliente en la ducha tomando en cuenta que la temperatura del clima era de 15 grados Celsius. Por otro lado el personal no dio seguimiento ni solución a nuestra queja. La cobertura de red móvil es inestable y el wifi es pésimo. Lo único que rescato de este hotel es la vista al volcán Izalco, es bellísima. La atención del restaurante MUY lenta, deberían entrenar a los meseros para abrir un vino.
