Petit séjour agréable
Formidable! Accueil chaleureux comme si vous étiez un ami. A l'arrivée, on vous aide à décharger vos bagages de la voiture et le concierge va lui-même la garer. L'hôtel est très beau et le restaurant au 5ème étage et vraiment conseillé avec un Sorrento Spritz comme apéritif. Un très grand confort pour tout le reste. Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un spa à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Hôtel accueillant
Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée, réceptionniste très à l'écoute qui nous à fourni toutes les infos nécessaires pour notre séjour. L'hôtel dispose d'une navette pour aller en ville.Très belle vue sur le Vésuve et le golfe de Naples de la salle de restaurant. Parking de l'hôtel gratuit (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). La ville de Sorrento est très bien desservie en car et train et bateau pour visiter (Pompei, Naples et Capri). Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine sans soucis ! Seul bémol le restaurant pas vraiment à la hauteur des prix pratiqués, nous avons mangé bien mieux et moins cher en ville. Mais la vue le soir sur la baie de Naples reste magique.

loin du centre et un peu bruyant
L'hôtel possède une belle infrastructure et bien sur une belle piscine ainsi qu' un personnel très dévoué. Je trouve le rertaurant pas très bon et le petit déjeuner servi avec des produits industriels peu frais . L'hôtel est aussi assez bruyant due à la proximité d'une rue fort fréquentée. La vue sur le golfe de Naples est formidable et il possède un accès rapide à la plage et au restaurant au pied de la falaise

très bel hôtel, belle grande chambre avec super vue mer, beau parc, grande piscine, excellent accueil, parking on a été surclassé car avant saison commençant à Pâques emplacement dominant la mer qui reste très accessible l'endroit a tout pour être tranquile soir et nuit, mais nous sommes en Italie... 15 à 20 minutes à pied du centre et du port, mais navettes gratuites beau resto au dernier étage, excellente nouriture variée avec choix en 1/2 pension, service un peu lent mais attentionné voiture au parking pendant nos 3 nuits à Capri pour 30 € EXCELLENT RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX

Hôtel correct
Hôtel bien situé avec une vue sur la baie de Naples exceptionnelle. Le restaurant au 5ème étage bénéficie de cette vue ce qui est très agréable le matin pour le petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. Par contre les chambre sont viellottes, les salles de bain pas au niveau du prix pratiqué par l'établissement et les chambres du 4ième étage sont justes en-dessous du restaurant, ce qui équivaut à un réveil matinal.

bon hotel, accueil très aimable. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Belle piscine extérieure. Seul petit reproche, la piscine fermait un peu trop tôt (19h00) alors qu'il faisait encore très beau et chaud. Mais dans tous les hôtels où nous sommes allés en Italie, c'était la même chose....

This hotel was a dream! The service was outstanding. The food was amazing. The view from the restaurant and the rooftop was breathtaking. The walk to town was lovely and took about 20 min. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

What didn't I like about this Hotel? This was the absolute best experience I ever had with any trip I've taken. The Location and views were stunning. The team and staff were impeccable and actually elevated my experience visiting Italy. I waited my whole life to make this trip and Hotel Mediterraneo and its staff exceeded my every expectation. A big shout out to Aniello Somma who was just an absolute pleasure and a big reason why this will not be my last visit to this establishment.

Fantastic stay. Hotel is a top notch property. Staff literally go above and beyond and treat guests like royalty. Amenities and facilities including pool, rooftop bar, and beach access make it worth every penny. Yes it is pricey but if you fan afford it you will but regret the stay. Highly recommend staying here. As an Expedia VIP member, they did offer me a room upgrade but only late on the last night of my stay, because they were fully booked, but I declined because even the room they had given me was fantastic with a large balcony and beautiful view of the pool and the nature around the hotel.

Amazing place to stay. Have a shuttle right to town. Beautiful views. The front desk managers are there 24/7 I swear they don’t sleep, they really do an incredible job. The breakfast staff and the view is like out of a movie. I said it for another stay but I’ll say it for this stay as well the staff is what makes this place 5 stars they are working overtime and are incredibly friendly no matter where you are from. I would stay here again.

Incredible stay. Cant wait to go back. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and always on hand to support. Great location and easy to get in and out of Sorrento as well as the Amalfi coast Food was fantastic!
