Chateau Divine was designed with your comfort in mind. With a beautiful living area, full kitchen, cozy beds, complimentary laundry, and a fenced in yard for your pets (welcome w/ a pet fee), we are certain that your stay with us will be nothing short of Divine.

Located on a residential street near a local elementary school, Chateau Divine is perfectly positioned to be an excellent home-away-from-home.

Our driveway provides off-street parking and easy access to the front door, your main entrance.

Guests will enter via a smart lock on the door with a unique code programmed for your stay.

Upon entering the home, you will be taken aback by our beautiful living room with a cozy rattan sofa and lovely armchairs.

Off of the living area is a dining table with seating for four. Additional seating is available at a pub table in the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook up and serve a lovely meal, and also contains our washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use.

Downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The left bedroom features a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. The right bedroom is the master, though please note that the en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the dining area.

This room contains a King bed, night stands, dresser, closet, and a TV.

The third bedroom and the half bathroom are upstairs in the converted attic space.

The attic contains an additional window unit for cooling the space. The spacious room contains a King bed and night stands, a small dresser and even a lovely armchair in a corner nook.

The upstairs also has an en suite half bath, containing a single vanity and toilet.

In addition to the inside of the house, guests have full access to our fenced in yard, which is great for your pets.

I tend to let my guests keep to themselves, but am always just a message away if needed!

Chateau Divine is in the Sans Souci area, very close to a local elementary school, and is located on a residential street in a largely residential area.

I recommend a car for your stay, as our public transportation isn't really up to snuff yet. Uber and Lyft are available for affordable transport to and from Downtown to enjoy a night out responsibly.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with ring camera, wifi router, or smart lock.
