The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! « I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing...
