« If you are looking for a unique experience in a beautiful older home, this is the place in Mt. Pleasant. Very quiet when we stayed. We will definitely be back vs. staying in a hotel. Service was very friendly checking in and out. »

« This was advertised as "rustic" but was actually beyond rough. Dirty and in disrepair. Unsafe and unsanitary. Missing smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Dust and grime built up in the vents and windowsills. Black mold on the walls and ceilings. Messaged with the host ahead of time and was mislead on the state of this accomodation. Found it was totally uninhabitable. Took photos and reported to VRBO and was fully refunded by the platform based on those pics alone. »

« We waited a while to check in as the front desk was on two phone calls. We booked a King room through Expedia but she gave us two doubles instead even after I showed her my confirmation. The rooms were actually clean and ours was updated so that was a plus. The front lobby furniture looked like it was from Grandma's living room. If you want just a quick place to lay your head this is for your but don't look for anything else. »

« L'odeur de la chambre est insupportable. J'ai nettoyé moi même la salle de bain. En soulevant le tapis de bain il y avait des cernes de saletés... Nous avons dormi dans nos sacs de couchages tellement tout semblait sale. La famille propriétaire est sympathique et c'est tout ce qui rend l'endroit acceptable. »

« The only reason we gave the property a 4 was because of the broken thermostat. Because of the thermostat problem we had to use every fan in the place. There were also no screens in the property so we couldn't enjoy the night breeze to cool the place down »
