« Darling MCM home in a great neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Super easy check in and check out. We spent a lot of time outside on the covered patio. The backyard is cute, comfortable, and private with a magnificent tree. Grill works well and the hot tub is well maintained with crystal clear water and is kept at the perfect temperature. We had a whirlwind weekend for a graduation and the Sunflower was a peaceful, quiet home away from home to relax after hectic days. »

« Would've liked a totally fenced yard for our dog but there was a lovely park just 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet with very little traffic noise. Much better than staying in a motel!. »

« We had a great time exploring Albuquerque. Casa Pearla was located centrally and only took a few minutes to get to any of our intended destinations. The Casa is well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, spices, paper products. Instructions were very clear and host Alyce was very responsive. Big thanks for the snacks that were left for us! »

« My wife, several adult family members and I stayed at this property in May. We loved the landscaping and water features - it truly felt like an oasis. The interior courtyard was also wonderful - private and not visible from the street, but allows you to sit outside in the sunshine protected from the wind. The backyard landscaping was also excellent, and we spent quite a bit of time relaxing there. The house has a beautiful open floor plan with lots of natural light in some of the common areas....

« It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place. »

« I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering! »

« My family was in town for the UNM graduation of our daughter. We were fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful space three years ago, and were so grateful it was available again. We highly recommend this home. It is bright and comfortable and accommodating. The bedrooms are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. « Enjoyed staying in the Turtle House in Albuquerque. Was there almost two weeks. Great location and nicely equipped home. Two problems -- could not figure out the coffee pot and could not figure out how to use the tv system. When I tried to watch golf on CBS, the system wanted to charge a fee. Neither of these two issues was a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The house, the garage and the neighborhood were not disappointing. »

« Room was clean, well-kept & very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet & easy access to main highway. Would stay there again if down in Albuquerque in the future. »

« Home was comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked. Individual ac /heater units a bit tricky to operate - maybe operator error. Living room couch should be positioned so not to bump your head on counter. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Could use some hooks to hang clothes. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor seating. »
