« There is no way that house can host 7 people , you couldn’t swing a cat in the living room and there’s only one toilet for 7 people and you have to go through a bedroom and disturb people to get to bathroom .. really disappointed . The seven of us couldn’t sit in “living room” together. »

« Worst experience ever! Host was so bad, wouldn’t communicate. We had to chance for the access details. We traveled over 3 hours to turn up after a day at Alton towers around 7.30pm to find the access details were wrong. After chasing for the correct ones we found that the property wasn’t what we paid for. We had 3 adults and 7 children (10people) and there were only 2 double beds and a single to sleep 5. The property was a lovely house but not listed as only having space for 5 people to sleep....

« Check in was easy, communication excellent, and the property was spotless. The garden was overgrown and unusable, but we didn’t need it. It was perfect for what we needed. »
