« Once arrived to the property the hotel was close and there was no communication with the front desk. I have to schedule another hotel near by on my own spend to relocate my family and I am still fighting with the agency to recover my loss investment »

« This is a big artsy apartment on the ground floor of the house. The rooms are big, 4 bathrooms (!), the full kitchen and common space. Two things to keep in mind, the space is cold, especially at night. The other issue had is a loud music from the restaurant across the street on weekends. They close at 11 pm. On weekday it was fine. Overall, great space for a big group! Location is perfect. »

« Not sure what to say, it was so awesome!! Beautiful property!. Very relaxing! Requested arrangements for dining, entertainment, and transportation available. Hot tub was amazing after hiking and a day at Machu Picchu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best week ever! »

« The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. »

« The description of YURAQTAMPU house is a little bit deceiving - It's listed as 2 baths but there is only one shower with hot water. In fact, only one bathroom has hot water, not the other nor the kitchen. 4 bedrooms are spacious, but only one of them has a window. The noise from the street in the morning may be a little too much for a light sleeper plus there is a dog who barks in the morning and we were not able to sleep past 7 am. « This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. « Flora the house keeper was great! She cooked us breakfast and dinner for both days and it was great! She also did our laundry for us. Both of these did cost extra. Bruno was great at responding to us as well! »

« We loved this place. It met all our needs. It is cute. It is an old building but that just makes it cooler. Thick stone walls and wooden log ceiling. It is small for a house but bigger than a hotel room. Easily slept our family of 5. It has 4 comfortable beds, a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a tv. It was clean and comfortable.
