« Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min. The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. « I missed not having face cloths in the bathroom. Also light from the outside security light came in through the side of blind at night which disturbed our sleep. The room was very clean & beds were comfortable. Parking availability was excellent & noise from the hotel was minimal. Would definitely stay again. »

« Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help.
