Amazing resort
The resort is in a remote location which for us was difficult to find as we arrived at night time. However the experience was amazing. The facility is in perfect condition and targets for pure relaxation. They have a plethora of steam rooms and saunas and thermal waters as part of the resort and all access is included. The GYM is very complete and they have free classes such as TRX and stretching and yoga. The breakfast is excellent and diversified. The walking trails are lovely and scenic. Parking is included. This is an amazing resort worth the drive.

Weekend lungo alla scoperta della Val D'Orcia
L'hotel è posizionato in una posizione strategica per andare alla scoperta della Val d'Orcia, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza delle sorgenti di Bagno Vignoni. Le camere sono spaziose e molto confortevoli con una vista stupenda sulla campagna; aprire le tende oscuranti al risveglio è sempre stato un piacevole modo di iniziare la giornata. La situazione Covid è gestita al meglio e non abbiamo mai avuto una sensazione di insicurezza. La colazione è di altissimo livello nella qualità degli ingredienti, ad esempio era evidente che la crema con cui erano farciti i cornetti venga preparata espressa ogni mattina. Ultima nota di merito per la piscina termale, un vero toccasana per la pelle. Ci torneremo

台風で、出発が一日遅れ、3泊が2泊になりましたが、充実した楽しい2日間でした。 スタッフの応対も良く、感じよく、オリチャ渓谷を望み、アミアータ山を見ながらの温泉は最高に幸せな一時でした。朝靄の静けさの中での沐浴はおすすめです。おしゃべりなとても感じの良いイタリア人のご婦人から、お土産までをいただきました。 食事はスパの割に豪華で、地元食材を使った、シンプルながらも美味しい味付け、地元のワインと共に(二日間キープしてくれる）豊かなCENAです。朝は8時からヨガの体験も出来ました。 設備が豊富で、すべて体験することは出来ませんでしたが、日頃の疲れが払拭され、次回も来たいと思いました。FIRENZEの空港からホテル経由の感じよいドライバーさんが往復送迎してくださり、片道200ユーロ、リーズナブルと思います。 歩いて5分、CENTROまでの散歩道はおすすめです。 我々は年配ですが、若い方のサイクリング、ハイキングなど楽しく過ごせて、ご家族で来られることおすすめです。

Anniversary
Anniversary in Adler was amazing Many spas and saunas to visit and relax. By far one of the best we have been to. Med spa was good but not great.

The management staff treated us terribly when we ran into the issue fo not knowing we were not allowed to have our son on the property due to his age. Instead of working with us through this issue, the the threatened to call the cops on us if we left our room at anytime with our son. While the resort is nice, it a major factory lacking Tuscan charm. We will never go back

Dear Madam, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay, which is the most important thing for us in this context, but please let us tell the truth about your booking. You made a reservation for 2 people, for 2 nights in a Superior double room, with a non-refundable rate; you never mentioned you were travelling with a baby even if it is indicated on our hotel presentation in expedia that we can only accept children aged 4 and above. You called us the day before your arrival, asking for a cot in the room, and only in that moment we were informed you were coming with a baby. We kindly reminded to you our children policy, which apparently you did not notice at the time of booking, and then you asked us to cancel your reservation. Normally in case of bookings with "non-refundable"-rate, no refund is possible. Nevertheless, we understood your difficult situation and gave you the possibility to cancel your reservation with a refund of 50% of your stay. You refused our offer and pretend to have a total refund. As an alternative, we offered you the possibility to come to the hotel, and enjoy your stay with your baby, asking you only to please avoid to bring the child in the more crowded areas of the hotel: pools and restaurant. For that, we offered you a babysitter service and free roomservice for your breakfast. You were not happy with our offers as you wanted to be free to bring your baby everywere in the hotel. This freedom was unfortunaley not possible and this made you very upset. Then, you told us you were going to write bad reviews, and make bad publicity as a journalist from Conde Nast. We are very sorry that in the end we could not find a meeting point, considering that this situation was not our fault. And one more last important thing: we never threatened you to call the cops for your baby (!), this is absolutely untrue.

Beautiful location with lots to see & do. Plenty of choice of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The room cleaning service was average for this caliber of hotel. I think due to the fact that there was only one lady servicing a lot of rooms on our floor. It’s also the only hotel I’ve ever stay in of this caliber that doesn’t provide free bottled water in your room. ☹️

From 2020, in order to reduce the use of plasic bottles we will provide stand pipes with free water for the hotel guest where it is possible refill your water bottle with no limits. 完美的酒店，山景房阳台一眼看尽奥尔恰谷风景。酒店内部有多个桑拿浴、多个泳池、SPA和各种娱乐设施。我们在酒店吃了早中晚餐，出品都很好吃。托斯卡纳大部分酒店的地理位置都很偏僻，要有车才方便。

Gorgeous scenery
This hotel is located in a beautiful area. The views are spectacular. The family suite was spacious but could be improved by adding a 2nd toilet, we are a family of 5. The hallways needs some updating (old shag carpeting !!). The service was excellent, food was tasty, and overall, I would recommend.

Just to inform you that our hallways were all renovated with new carpet 2 years ago (2017), and in all rooms the carpet was replaced with original wooden floor. Every year we invest in renovations and new services for our guests in order to make the most comfortable environment. We hope to see you soon again at the ADLER.

Non posso che dire il meglio.Alti standard di qualità e comfort. Struttura bella , ampia e luminosa immersa nel verde della Val d’Orcia. Elegantemente arredata, camere molto ampie con bei balconi sulle piscine e sulla valle. Pur essendo di tono l’atmosfera è informale.Personale gentilissimo e sorridente, ristorante di ottimo livello e se si sceglie la mezza pensione anche ad un prezzo invitante ( 25 euro senza vino), la sala è bellissima. La colazione è ottima e offre di tutto. Ma il vero cuore dell’hotel sono le piscine termali, coperta ed esterna e la spa. Saune e bagni turchi di ogni tipo, trattamenti estetici e iniziative sportive per tutti i gusti, a piedi e in bicicletta,certamente i prezzi sono adeguati. Sale relax, palestra, Grotta salina. Pur essendo andata in giorni feriali era pieno. Ci sono infatti molti ospiti fedeli che ritornano frequentemente. La maggioranza fa un pacchetto di 4 notti dal Giovedì alla Domenica o dalla Domenica al Giovedì. Il territorio circostante è tra i più belli di Italia e offre la possibilità di di bellissime escursioni. Un luogo dove coccolarsi, rigenerarsi. Ci tornerò. Un unico piccolo suggerimento al management, migliorare la qualità dei guanciali e del materasso, che comunque è di buon livello.

Perfect for a few days away. Maybe even longer!
Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was well set out, had a lot to offer and was in an idyllic location. The only thing it lacks... a bit more explanation on what is on offer. There is so much to do that it took us a couple of days to get our head round it; once we had we didn’t want to leave! Services within the hotel are reasonably priced, drinks and food are not expensive given the quality of hotel and the location. I’d certainly recommend a stay!

Meraviglioso hotel con un panorama mozzafiato!
Questa è stata la nostra prima visita all'hotel Adler e devo dire che ha superato la nostra aspettativa. Immerso nella splendida campagna toscana, offre terreno favoloso e un'ottima cucina. Un luogo meraviglioso per allontanarsi dalla vita quotidiana.

L'albergo è molto bello, pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli, in posizione molto tranquilla e con una vista mozzafiato sul magnifico paesaggio delle colline toscane. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Il buffet della colazione e della cena è molto vario e ricco, con prodotti di qualità. Unica nota "negativa": avevo dimenticato lo spazzolino a casa, ho chiesto alla reception e me ne hanno fornito uno, chiedendo però il pagamento di 3 Euro. Con quello che si paga, credo che i 3 Euro per uno spazzolino potessero essere evitati. Anche in hotel meno "stellati" spesso in camera vengono forniti gratuitamente spazzolino e dentifricio per chi, come me, ogni tanto dimentica di portarli da casa....
