« Agriturismo Mare e Monti was amazing! This has been the best stay of our Italy trip. The family that runs and owns the farm welcomed us as if we were family. « The agritourismo is in a beautiful setting in Aglianico wine country. I had an injured knee so did not have rental car. Giovanni picked us up and delivered us to our next hotel in Amalfi. He arranged his friend Gino to drive us to winery. Wonderful hospitality! »

« We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. »

« We made this our home base for exploring Capri, Naples, Paestum, Pompeii, etc. Ana is the perfect hostess. Her daughter in law is a fantastic chef. Bruna the dog is a welcomed visitor. We would highly recommend this choice for those driving around to various points of interest with a desire to sleep at a country estate every night with a home cooked dinner and breakfast. »

« Had a good stay in vietri, spacious kitchen and two bedrooms. Kind of difficult to find, use directions to church nextdoor. Otherwise no issues with this stay. »

« Conveniently located in the old town, very short walk to the beach too. It has everything we wanted: air-conditioner, fridge, washing machine. The steps from the street to the first floor were a bit unexpected, not a problem for us, but might be for some people. »

« Alexis and Angelo were wonderful. The space is gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and it was easy to find. There was some loud music late night one night that made for a rough sleep but Angelo and Alexis made sure that it didn’t happen again. Casa Santangelo is a wonderful stop in Salerno if you want to get away from the crowds of the hotels with easy access to ferries, restaurants, and other sites. »
