« The spot is pretty much in the center of San Pedro, so it is very conveniently located. The hotel doesn't really offer much but if you're just looking for a place to crash the night in, it is a good option. Shower was surprisingly good but the rooms overall were mediocre. The owner is a nice guy and I would recommend this place for anyone just passing by and needed somewhere to stay over at for a few days. »

« I loved every minute of my stay at luxury atitlan everyone was so nice and friendly, juanita thank you for everything, check in was such a smooth process and it looks exactly like the pictures the views were viewing, the location was perfect everything right outside the gate, you had everything you can ask for, i will definitely stay here again on my nxt visit to san pedro. »

« Was a really nice and clean location. Right smack in the center of town but not to close to the main road so it's quiet. »

« It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive. »

« Great location, only thing we didn’t realize was that it’s actually 3 separate houses side by side. Great if you need more privacy. Not so great if you want everyone together in the same house. It worked for us because one house was enough. Great location! Great houses. Highly recommend »

« This property is advertised as a two bedroom two bath. It is not true.When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously...
