Room had ants, hand towels and bathmat had stains, bed spread had crusty material on top. AC and internet worked. Asked front desk if there was an ant trap or something, he said no but he would upgrade me to another room instead.
New room had stained towels and hair on the bathroom floor. AC unit did not function same way as in other room, I wasnt sure whether it was broken or user error. First room had instructions, this one did not. Knobs had been pulled off the actual unit so it looked possibly broken. I opened the window because I did not want to deal with figuring out the AC because I was so tired from my drive and had a big work event in the morning. But there was a huge slash through the screen and I didnt want bugs to get in. So called the front desk.
The phone had no dial tone, but the cord was there so I plugged it back into wall). Front desk man quickly ran through the instructions. I tried it and it did not work. I asked if there were written instructions so I could try it a few times. He interrupted to say they anything like that. I tried to speak again multiple times and he interrupted me to go on about how he would not be able to move me again because they were sold out. I said I didn't want to move, I'm pretty good with tech so even if you have an old booklet on the unit I could try figure it out myself. He said, "I appreciate that you think youre pretty good at tech but youre not going to be able to fix our AC tonight."
Internet did not work whatsoever.
