« This property met my expectations and was perfect for our needs. It’s a very reasonably priced hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. Though a bit dated and shabby, our two rooms were impeccably clean, sheets and towels crisp and fresh, and the AC unit new and efficient. « Despite receiving confirmation of our stay following the booking process, we received a message the night before our stay at the Five Suites saying we must pay our tourist tax before arrival - our confirmation clearly stating that this tax should be paid at the property (presumably on arrival).
