Guest Access:

• Luggage storage 🧳 in the lobby area.



• Direct access to the beach 🏝️, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM (hours may vary).



• Includes one free parking space 🅿️ in the garage.



• Beach chairs and an umbrella rentals are available on the beach.



• Laundry 🧺 facilities are available daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated, with tokens purchasable from the lobby during weekday hours ($3.00 per token).

Discover the vibrant Isla Verde neighborhood! You're just steps away from the beautiful beach, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Within a short walk, you'll find a variety of dining options, from casual beachfront eateries to more upscale restaurants. Explore local shops for souvenirs or essentials. For those feeling lucky, casinos are nearby for entertainment. The area is known for its lively atmosphere and convenient access to everything you need for a fantastic vacation. A 24/7 supermarket is also just a 5-minute walk away, ensuring you have all the necessities during your stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! You're just a 5-minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU). Public transportation options include taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, which are readily available. While the area is walkable, these services offer convenient access to attractions and other parts of the city. Parking is easy with one free parking space provided in the building's garage. For exploring beyond Isla Verde, taxis and ride-sharing services are your best bet. The Convention District is about a 10-minute drive, Plaza Las Américas is 15 minutes away, and El Yunque Rainforest is approximately 35 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

• Power outages are a possibility. The building's generator powers only common areas (e.g., elevators) and not the unit.

• One towel set per guest is provided for the duration of your stay; no mid-stay replenishment.
