Beach access:

The building provides direct access to the beach daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Simply head down to the building's beach entrance and enjoy the Caribbean right at your doorstep.



Building amenities may also be available — details will be provided upon check-in.



The Neighborhood:

ESJ Towers is located in Isla Verde, one of Puerto Rico's most sought-after beach destinations, within the municipality of Carolina.



Isla Verde is known for its stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a lively mix of restaurants, bars, casinos, and beach clubs — all within walking distance.



• Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is just minutes away — ideal for short trips or late arrivals.

• The Isla Verde strip offers a wide variety of dining from casual beachside spots to upscale restaurants.

• Nearby you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores for everything you need.

• Old San Juan, with its colorful colonial architecture and historic forts, is approximately 15–20 minutes by car.



It's the perfect base for both beach lovers and those wanting to explore the best of Puerto Rico.

Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT



There is no early check-in or late check-out. Guests who need a late check-out must pay for an additional night.



Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. If there are any signs of smoking in the unit, a smoking fee of $100 will apply.



Since there is no on-site housekeeping, each guest is provided with 2 towel sets for the stay. Each set includes one body towel, one hand towel, one face towel, and one beach towel. There is no mid-stay replenishment, and linens are not serviced mid-stay. Additional towel sets are available for $50 each, and the used towels must be returned in exchange for the new ones.



If there is any damage to the unit or its contents, a damage fee of $100 will apply. Damage includes, but is not limited to: towels or linens that are ripped, stained (including makeup stains), or otherwise damaged; broken equipment; lost items; broken glass or windows; stained walls; chipped, faded, or damaged paint; and anything else not left in the condition it was in at check-in. If the cost to repair or replace the damaged items exceeds $100, you will be charged the full replacement value.



If there are power outages in the area, please note the building's generator covers common areas and elevators, but the unit is not connected to it, and restoration depends on the utility company — in that event, we WON'T offer refunds.
