We invite you to experience our 3-bedroom beachfront penthouse with the best views of the mountains and the ocean in all of Puerto Rico! This resort-class facility includes several pools, a water park, playgrounds, mini golf and more. A hidden gem. Only 25 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, and with easy access to shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and tourist attractions, such as the El Yunque National Rain Forest.

A truly beachfront penthouse at Aquatika Beach Resort! Two-story glass windows in the main living area allow you a full view of the beach. There is nothing between you, the sand, and the ocean!

You will love waking up to a quiet cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the ocean and the rainforest, plunging into one of the many pools, or simply enjoying the sun and breeze at the beach. Our beautiful beachfront spacious vacation condo has 2,135 SF of outdoor and indoor space and features 3 bedrooms and 2- and one-half bathrooms.

Enjoy a bottle of wine and some "tapas" on our covered rooftop terrace. With over 700 square feet of space, you can enjoy both mountain and beach views. An outdoor space that allows you to unwind after a long day at the beach, hiking nearby El Yunque National Rainforest, or lounging at one of our five pools.

As owners, we pride ourselves in providing a home environment for our guests. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal (except for food items) in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors with fabulous views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has another queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second-floor loft has a convertible sofa bed. The condo has internet access (WI-FI). There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse that is just a few steps from the condo. There is a TV in the loft area equipped with "Chromecast" to allow you to stream online channels from your computer or mobile device. We have toys for the kids, including mini golf clubs and most of the beach accessories (based on availability) you will need for a beach trip. Air Conditioning is available throughout the whole condo along with ceiling fans. But please be mindful of Puerto Rico's fragile energy grid and high energy costs.

The community has very high security standards. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse prior to entry. There are 3 assigned parking spaces for registered guests - so, you'll always find your own parking space just outside the condo. Guests have access to all resort amenities in the condo complex, including five pools, hot tub, kids’ pool, water slides and even a "lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, several modern playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access. All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while at the property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex, without refund.

Prior to arrival, guests receive a digital guidebook with valuable information, ranging from transportation and restaurants to house rules and check-in instructions. The home offers one of the most convenient locations for exploring the best of Puerto Rico. It is within short drive to:
- El Yunque National Rainforest
- Old San Juan (UNESCO World Heritage Site)
- Canovanas Outlet Mall
- Fajardo's Bio-luminescent Bay.
- Luquillo Beach and famous 'Kioskos' (traditional food)
- Deep Sea Fishing - charters from Fajardo and San Juan marinas
- Golf - Trump International, El Conquistador and Rio Mar
- Casinos and Nightlife (Luquillo, Isla Verde, El Conquistador Resort and Casino)

Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please be mindful that babies, even newborns, count towards that limit. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors into the community.

We had a wonderful trip, the penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way! And the customer service and information that was provided prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We looked everywhere for a truly beachfront location and finally found this one and it was perfect. We basically had a private beach to ourselves. We'll definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Rafael was excellent. The condo was very clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The beach was beautiful, and the condo amenities—pools, lazy river, parks, beach access, mini golf, tennis courts, and more—were all great. The condo itself was spacious, and the large deck was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Solid amenities (beach/pool/condo). Nothing overly fancy; what I'd expect for a "beach rental" where the focus is hanging out and swimming. Make sure to rent a car.The condo was very close to the beach and pools which made it a perfect home base for staying in the complex. The rental included beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, mini golf set, etc, which was super helpful. We made frequent use of the beach, pool, and jacuzzi (usually multiple times a day). We enjoyed a couple rounds of mini-golf (course was in rough shape but still had fun), and splashed in the "water park" portion of the pool (only open on weekends, and more geared toward kids 10 and under).The condo itself had plenty of spots for relaxing when we needed some downtime: the couch, the loft, and the upstairs patio were all frequented by our kids for reading and hanging out. It was very nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals when we didn't feel like eating out. The guidebook was helpful and had good suggestions for food and activities.The location is in more of a residential neighborhood, so there isn't much in the way of nightlife. That was fine for us as we were out during the day and mostly wanted to relax and stay in at night. However, if you're looking for a more touristy experience you'll need to drive.There are a few food options in town, but hours vary. Guidebook has some suggestions and you may want to research a bit ahead of time as well. We often ate out for lunch and in for dinner.

Our stay was perfect, from easy check in to great views to the beach and pools. The house had everything we needed and was just far enough away from the city to feel much less crowded but with everything still easily accessible by car. Highly recommend.

The property was wonderful and I could not recommend more. The only thing I would change is that I wish I paid more attention to the fact that we were not allowed visitors. It was my birthday, and we had family in Puerto Rico on a different property and they could not come on the property to visit. However, this was at no fault to owner I did not read the rules clear enough before booking. Other than that, the property was perfect, and owner was very responsive and the house had everything needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Rafael's beautiful penthouse condo. It was just as pictured, very spacious, with great views of the ocean and the mountain/rainforest. The condo was very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen, with a drip coffee machine and expresso machine (they also provided coffee), spices and plenty of drinkware, dinnerware and pots/pans for the nights cooking in. The complex has 5 pools (the main pool is currently under construction, but did not deter from our swimming options) and just steps away from the small private beach. The pools were never crowded during our stay and beach has sand smooth with calm waters. There is a local bar/restaurant that can be accessed from the beach (opened from 3pm-10pm), it was a nice surprise! The hosts had a great with through communication that lead up to our stay, check in was a breeze and the online handy book with check out process, local attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach, taking a dip in the pool and gazing at the stars from the rooftop terrace. Just 15 minutes away you can find multiple groceries, an outlet mall with activities like an indoor track, bowling alley, arcade and rock climbing, Walmart and many restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again!
