At first it was very okay since we were received very nicely by the front desk. Also, the room has a self parking area on which we can keep our car nice and warm given it is summer. However there is just too many gray areas which I can't forget which is why I am making a review about this. First, Shower room's water pressure is very weak. Second, dust around the corners of the room is present even in the Telephone Desk. Third, they have telephone but no number to call on. Fourth, it is advertised that there will be Cable Television but none in actual. Fifth which I can very much say is disgusting is that there is a PUBIC HAIR in our bed (we just removed it ourselves and use our own blanket to get some rest). Sixth, the hotel's power supply have failed for 2 hours. All guests have complained regarding this but action was very slow. I even told them that they should check the main power supply because it can't supply the entire building but none have listened until they realized that am correct. This was supposed to be good however their preparation have ruined it all. This is the very first hotel I checked in which disappoints me. This is still a decent Motel and not a Hotel though. I am not returning to this hotel again.

Fine but needs improvement
Service was alright. The staff were not attentive all the time but were kind enough. The room was adequate and appropriate for its price point although I wish it was a little cleaner. We booked 2 rooms and one of them still had cobwebs in one corner. Overall an alright stay since we just needed a room to sleep in but not recommended for relaxation and recreation.

Budget friendly and clean hotel
It was well worth the amount paid. Check in was a breeze. Covered parking was available for each room. This was especially helpful since it was raining the whole day when we checked in so we did not get wet unloading our bags to our room. The staff were very polite and easy to deal with. They provided us with towels and toiletries. The water pressure was great. The heater was working perfectly. The airconditioning was also working well. The only thing that needs some improvement are the linens. A thicker blanket would have made sleeping more comfortable. But all the rest are great.

No wifi and rooms are small
The rooms not ready upon arrival and as we are checking in the staff don’t know about our reservation. The blanket is a twin sheet not enough for two person to use. Staff at the restaurant are nice. Water in the shower is low pressure so it will take you longer to take a bath.

My request for a preferred room has not been provided, yet the staff is honest enough to advise us that the chosen room was not cable ready. We are fortunate enough that they have prepared it for us the new and clean room. Thanks guys!
