I really enjoy my stay in your establisment. Very clean, the pool was great, service excellent and food very good. If ever I have the chance to go back to San Juan, I will for sure go back.

The breakfast was always cold, not enough food for all guests and poorly cooked. The parking rate was unbelivable. If your a guest you should have parking it was an extra 25.00 per day. The carpet in the room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog.. The pool was small and children ran around and were jumping in a 4ft pool. There were guests bringing people in through a side gate in the pool.area and there was a Very bad smell of pot ! The area was dirty, there were roaches and rats in front and on the side of the hotel. The area was very unsafe wirh no good dining options. Walking down the street there were buildings with bullet holes. This is not a resort. For the amount of money we were charged I paid in advance but they tax you with a 40$ per day resort fee !! Plus tax. Not a happy guest, plus when we got home qe were sick.

Management would focus on staffing training an monitoring interaction with customers. Specially with front desk and bar. The property smells very bad (sewer like smell) by the outside bar. The inside hallways also have bad odor. Have to do better with breakfast. Some items were not well cooked and some are not refilled quickly. The phone system does not work efficiently. If you call front desk o any other department, you would not reach them. Every call is transferred to the reservation dept. if I’m not mistaken, I used this hotel 4 times in the last 2 years.

I like the cleaning in the rooms, pool and all areas of the hotel. The excellent staff, thanks to Marisol and Emmanuel(front desk) professionals, were friendly and respectful. Marisol gave us many recommendations about the Vieques and Culebra Islands, restaurants in the areas, and other places in downtown San Juan. Breakfast is acceptable and free. The food and drink options in the pool and bars were good. Didn't like that I had to walk to the beach about 5 min away, but very accessible. The hotel gave me a chair and an umbrella. The beach was beautiful, the sand very thinning, the water temperature warm.

the hotel was beautiful and clean but the only down side was the amount they charged me for security deposit and transportation fees once I checked in, as well as some staff wasn’t too friendly and seemed they didnt want to be bothered.

The property was clean as well as the bedroom with air conditioning. Easy access to the beach, walkable about 7 minutes. Free breakfast every morning with choices. Shopping and dining close by and parking is on property. Has a gym and adult and childrens fun swimming pools.I highly recommend this property

I’ve traveled to many places but this one stood out for their cleanliness and service. Upon entering Residence Inn Marriott, my family and I was greeted by front desk staff Ms. Marisol. Marisol was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and caring of our needs. She made our stay here amazing. My mother isn’t mobile and she even gave us recommendations of things we can do with my mom. I understand it’s her job but she was a natural at making us as comfortable as possible. Marisol, my family and I thank you very much for your hospitality. If you are looking for a family friendly place in San Juan check this place out. It’s clean, staff are friendly, breakfast was fresh and the overall property condition was like new. I’m very pleased with my stay.

I would definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future. I traveled with my 2 young daughters and my elderly mother and we all had an amazing stay. Room was extremely comfortable and well equipped even for a longer stay. The property itself was well maintained and the pool/splash park was perfect! The front desk staff was especially friendly, accommodating just plain wonderful! Thank you to everyone who made our trip memorable!

Staff members throughout the hotel were great, all were attentive and kind. The hotel was nearby restaurants, supermarket, beach, and shops. The hotel environment was vibrant and modern. The $40 credit per day for food and drinks was awesome.

Loved the property and the staff! The rooms were clean except for the bathroom sink tbat wouldnt drain. Other than that i definitely loved my stay. There are a lot of places within walking distance and be sure to go to pinones for lunch! The local beach is awesome too!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Residence Inn! The hotel and grounds were beautiful! Great location! Close to airport, easy walk to beaches and cheap Uber rides if you want to venture out further. With the complimentary breakfast and $40 daily food and beverage credit, it makes it hard to leave the hotel for food, but there are many great options within walking distance. Room was nice and clean, housekeeping refreshed daily. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to PR!

The property was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. I will stay here again in the future.

Our overall stay was good we looked the breakfast here as well. They only thing is we where told he had $40 food credit but was never told it was a daily allowances. Three days later we where the correct information by than it was time to leave.
