Relaxing Oasis with Pool Heater and Cabana

Enjoy a cool, relaxing oasis with a private and heated pool on your trip to Puerto Rico! This tropical three-bedroom house will fit up to 12 guests. An open layout of the common area is perfect for entertaining. This beautifully designed house offers elegant modern details and the warmth that only a tropical island retreat would. The backyard and pool with waterfall, BBQ, and wine bar will make you fall in love with the place and the towns nearby. The home is great for both kids and adults.

Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has a closets and a king-sized bed. The guest room has a full size bed, a twin-sized bed, and a twin mattress. Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sunbathe, a BBQ, and a convenient wine bar loaded with a 75-inch TV. A 3rd bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and a 75-inch TV with Netflix. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 15 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to one car, while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop, grill, mini stove, and coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units. This is a Pet friendly house. 24 hours check in,

Do not worry about running out of energy or water because we have a full power generator that covers everything and a water tank reserve.,

Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets, and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana, and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment.

The house is located in a privileged and central location in San Juan, bordering with Guaynabo. Close to the Martinez Nadal and Jesus T. Piñero Avenues. Minutes away from shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, nail and spa salons, and more, this area is extremely accessible, 7 mins to San Patricio Plaza / Plaza Caparra, 10 mins to Plaza Las Americas ,15 mins to Condado Beach and SJU Airport, 20 mins to Ocean Park Beach / Old San Juan ,45 mins to El Yunque National Forest

We were sad to leave. Everything is as listed. Beautiful well maintained property, space for everyone, quiet neighborhood. We were about or under 20 min from lots of beaches, Old San Juan, everything to see or do in the area. The owner was easy to get a hold of and would respond immediately. We got detailed instructions on entering the property and parking was easy street parking was available if you have more than one car. Having the washer/dryer and lots of extra towels was great. We will definitely be booking again.

Our stay at Relaxing Oasis with heated Pool was amazing. My friends and I really enjoyed the property from beginning to end. And communication with managers was great. The neighborhood is quiet & felt safe. However, we did have a little inconvenience with the bedsheets/towels, we were uncertain if they were dirty or just stained. But the home was definitely comfortable for 7people and as advertised. We would book again.

Needs updates, maintenance and improved cleaning

Pros:-Host is very responsive and hospitable-Location is about 10-15 minutes from old San Juan -Spacious houseCons:-Needs a thorough deep clean of everything. Even our bedsheets and pillows had stains. We just avoided these sheets/pillows and just didn't use them.-A lot of things like the light switches and washer/dryer are falling apart and needs to be updated/maintained-Overall I think this place would be better suited for college students partying and less for a family.

I was extremely excited for this stay considering we were celebrating my 30th birthday! Started off by Armando giving us a code to the gate that did not work. I contacted him and he responded immediately with the correct code. I’m not going to go into detail, but I was not impressed with the house AT ALL. Needs to be updated and better attention to the cleanliness! There was only a mattress sheet (no loose sheet) and comforter with “makeup” all over it on the beds….cleaned? Idk. The wet towels on the bed….cleaned? Idk. The used and wet bar of soap in the shower….cleaned? Idk. The dead lizard in the counter outside….cleaned? Idk. Expired water filter in refrigerator…good water? Idk. Other than that, location was okay. Ubers are decently priced.

Poor Communication

This was a family trip. When I booked, I made a wrong selection on family size. I notified the property manager/host almost a month prior when I noticed. He never responded until 2 weeks later. No mention of extra fees. I did review all of the rules and regulations prior to booking. It does state if you don't report extra guests there would be a charge. This is why I wanted to notify early on. Day of my trip I was charged 500 for the extra two people I added. He just kept saying they can charge because extra guests. This was discouraging as I already paid, and this was spending money for my family. First day the electricity completely shut down and generator came on. In the kitchen the electric stove would not stay on and was very hard to cook inside. We did cook outside which worked out because the backyard is an oasis (best part of the house). The other issue was both showers do not hold hot water for very long. It is hot for a couple minutes and gets really cold. The closet beach is 15-20 minutes away and prepare for traffic. Convenient things are markets are close by. The house lacks directions for trash day and pool information. This was my third time in Puerto Rico, and I have had no issues with great hosts. If I was notified of the charges early on, I would have been able to find a more affordable place.

Family trip. House needs more utensils

We loved the home. The location is nice, neighborhood that felt very safe and was close to airport and San Juan. The house needs more cookware, eating utensils, plates, etc. There were 8 of us and we never had enough. If you stay here, make sure to bring shampoo and soap, not provided. Our host was very pleasant and responded to us very quickly. We would recommend the home

Beautiful home! Great time! Some communication missteps.

I hosted my friends bachelorette here and we had a great time. The home was clean and comfortable. Just to be fully transparent, I did have some communication issues with the host. It asked about getting an early check in. He offered it to me for $200 (to assure no one stays over the night before) & we were cool to pay that. I explained I needed to confirm it for planning purposes (which flight to get the bride, if I could get in to decorate, etc). I sent 3 messages & didn't hear from him for almost a week. Only after I sent a message saying that I was worried about his non response & should I look elsewhere did he respond immediately. He answered every question, but still wouldn't confirm the early check in. The night before our check in (almost midnight), he finally confirmed it and charged me $200 saying, "I will block the night for you" even though no one was staying there & the home was sitting there vacant. There was no need to block the night at that point & I had already made a plan B out of worry. Other hosts usually waive those fees when it's not booked, so that didn't feel great. Other than that, the space was beautiful and comfortable. We had an amazing time in the backyard - it is excellent for entertaining. The indoor kitchen was great too (just a heads up - there's no oven, but they make up for it with an air fryer, toaster oven, outdoor kitchen). Great location too - ubers were easy to get. Despite the communication error, I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect!

What a fantastic and blissful getaway! This private lovely home is a true oasis of relaxation, filled with cozy vibes and inviting spaces. The location was very convenient, a short drive to just about anything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, having a private pool, outdoor kitchen and tv to watch the Celtics win the championship was heaven. The host was very thoughtful and provided plenty amenities. We had everything we needed. Communication and instructions were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful experience on our vacation.

AMAZING!

Communication with property manager from the minute I booked the Vrbo was amazing, once I walked into the home it was BEAUTIFUL! Gated home, in a secure quiet neighborhood. Smelled great, very clean and organized. Home was equipped with essentials for my stay, the location was perfect for everything ! Old San Juan and airport was a 15 min drive. The pool was the highlight for my children’s stay, heated pool with beautiful lights surrounding the cabana and seated area. Overall, was truly amazing and breath taking I can not wait to come back !!
