Please note that there is no hot water available in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink. However, hot water is provided in the shower.
We would like to inform you that on the third Thursday of every month, there will be a scheduled water shutdown in the building to facilitate necessary repairs and maintenance. The water supply will be temporarily turned off from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM on those days.

-The building has an emergency generator that powers common areas and elevators, but it does not provide electricity inside the apartment.
Condominium Rules:

-Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
-Dispose of solid waste (trash) in the designated trash room located in front of the elevators. Familiarize yourself with the laundry room, pool, gym, and other common areas` rules.
-Tenants must visibly display their parking permit at all times.
-Parties, disturbances to neighbors, or any behavior that disrupts peace, morality, or public order are strictly prohibited.
-Keep the gates leading to the corridors closed.
-Respect the instructions and guidelines of the Condominium Administrator and security guards.

POOL USAGE RULES

a. The pool is exclusively for use by owners, residents, and their guests.
b. The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
c. Owners and visitors use the pool at their own risk. The Condominium does not provide supervision or lifeguard services and cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents.
d. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
e. Children under twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
f. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
g. The use of portable stoves or grills in the pool area is prohibited. Only the provided BBQ grills may be used, and they must be left clean and free of charcoal.
h. Swimwear must be worn inside the pool. Bathing with t-shirts is not allowed, except for appropriate swimwear.
i. Infants or children wearing diapers or in playpens are not permitted in the pool.
j. Running bicycles, motorcycles, rollerblades, etc., in the pool area is prohibited. Hand games are also prohibited in the pool area.
