Upon arrival, guests will find the two apartments on the 2nd floor. Just so you know, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a few flights of stairs. If youâre driving, street parking is available nearby. Look for designated spots or follow any local parking regulations.
The unit is secured with both a lockbox and a door code. Lockbox Code: Guests will receive the lockbox code in their reservation confirmation email. Itâs usually a combination of numbers. Locate the lockbox near the entrance. Open it using the provided code to access the keys.
The unitâs door is equipped with a keyless entry system. Enter the door code provided in your reservation details. This code ensures added security. Once inside, youâll find a cozy and welcoming space awaiting you.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, weâve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials youâll need to get you started and feel right at home. Youâll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. Weâve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, youâll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, weâve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. Weâve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.
