The exclusive neighbourhood of Condado is well-connected and easy to navigate. Whether travelling by car, public transportation, or on foot, you`ll have no problem getting around during your stay.

If you`re driving, there are several parking options available. Many restaurants and shops in Condado offer on-street parking, and several public parking garages are nearby. Just so you know, parking fees may apply, so be sure to check with the individual establishments for more information.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive, several public transportation options are available in the area. The San Juan Metrobus and Tren Urbano systems both have stops in Condado, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area, making it easy to get around without a car.

6. Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported to the
host immediately.
7. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when
they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash.
8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the
host.
9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests
on the property.
10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property.
11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property.
12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
13. No items may be removed from the property without permission from
the host.
14. Guests must follow any instructions or rules provided by the host or
property management.
15. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host.
16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property.
18. The property must be used only for lawful purposes.
19. Guests must turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances when leaving
the property.
20. No food or drink is allowed in the bedrooms.
21. Guests must not rearrange or move any furniture or fixtures in the
property.
22. No swimming or sunbathing is allowed on the roof of the property.
23. Guests must immediately report any suspicious activity or persons on
the property to the host or property management.
24. No smoking is allowed in the common areas or public spaces around the
building.
25. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables.
26. The maximum number of guests allowed in each condo is as stated in
the listing, and must not be exceeded.
27. All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian.
28. Any complaints or issues with the property or other guests must be
reported to the host or property management immediately.
29. Guests need to turn off the air conditioners when they`re leaving the
premises.
30. Guests with pets must clean up after their animals.

Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and the apartment was as the pictures showed.

All good things to say about this place. I traveled with my family including my older parents and we were all comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. There weren't a lot of kitchen tools and we struggled with the internet connectivity but other than that, the place was perfect.

Good Location

Nice neighborhood. Surprised to get street parking space. Short walk to Condado Beach. Kitchen poorly stocked. No glassware. Even solo cups would have been a step up. Paltry coffee cups. TV signal spotty. All relevant communication was with local building manager. Owner sent a lot of automated messages which weren’t very useful.

Fastantic Stay in Condado

I recently stayed for two days at a property in San Juan and it was great! The internet was super fast, which is a huge plus for me. The location is in one of the city's posh areas, adding a nice touch of class to the stay. What really stood out was the quick and helpful staff. They were on point with everything, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
