Guests have exclusive access to the entire beachfront studio, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedroom with stunning ocean views. The studio also features a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean, the Fairmont Hotel, its pool, and the beautiful Isla Verde coastline.



While the pool is temporarily closed, guests can enjoy direct access to the beach, located just steps away from the property. The building is secure, and you’ll have access to all amenities within the unit, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and more.



For check-in, you will need to visit the reception, where our team will provide you with the keys to the apartment. Additional amenities, such as nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions, are within walking distance for your convenience.

Getting Around:

Parking: The building offers parking for guests, with a maximum of 1 car. Please note that if you're driving an SUV or a Pickup truck, you must confirm with the reception that your vehicle meets the height requirements of the building's parking area.



Noise: This is a quiet residential building, so please be mindful of noise levels, especially late at night. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.



Trash: Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins located at the same floor. We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy.



Local Recommendations: We highly recommend exploring the local attractions (El Yunque National Rain Forest with more than 200 different types of trees, Historic Sites and Forts in Old San Juan dating back to the 16th century), including the nearby beaches, restaurants (Puerto Rico cuisine has a fusion of Spanish, African, and Indigenous Taíno flavors), night life, and shops and so much more. Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.



DISCLAIMER: Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.
