The space
My place is in a lovely beachside property with a courtyard view, 5 minutes from the airport, walking distance from casinos, restaurants and nightlife. 15 minutes from Old San Juan and shopping. It includes your own parking space right in front of the building.
You’ll love my place because of its beautifully appointed living space decorated in a neo-spanish style with tile, wrought iron, marble, glass and leather furniture. The 2 full baths are a huge plus. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, flowers and even a few orchid grafted onto palm trees! My place is good for couples, business travelers and small families with mature children.
Condo has 2 bdrms w/closets, 2 full baths!, free parking right in front of the bldg entrance, a super nice pool area w gazebo/bar and sink, tennis, and grill access in a fenced property with 24hr video and guard security, . Elevator duty+ backup generator on standby around the clock! Excellent beachfront value! Work, play and save the same time when you stay a month with an additional monthly discount.
