« Honestly, everything in this place was just the bare minimum. One bed didn’t have a flat sheet on it, just fitted sheet and blankets. There were three washcloths for 5 people. Poor quality linens and no extra at all. One hand towel. The keys required to go in and out was annoying. The shower curtain tension rod fell on my daughter’s head and my husband spent 15 minutes fixing it and then we had to barely touch it the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t stay here again. »

« The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...
