Volvería 👏 somos de Ponce, a mi esposo y a mi nos encanta irnos así de la nada a diferentes lugares de la isla 🏝️ y esta vez quería ir al Embassy y la pasamos espectacular. Recomendado al 100 y pronto estaré por allí con toda la familia.

Service was bad all around. Front desk did not tell us that we needed to get our key card validated for self parking and we paid hourly. The restaurant staff was horrible. We might as well have served ourselves. Pool area was nice but there was never an attendant to give us towels. We had to keep bringing our own from the room which housekeeping never came to clean or restock. Front desk was rude when we asked questions about rules and how to get around etc. like they can’t be bothered and we should have known. We’re tourist who are visiting for the first time so asking questions about locals and recommendations is standard, is it not? I wouldn’t come back. I think we’ll stay in Condado if we do.

It was okay. They had a huge party one night that went way until the wee hours of the morning and in our room with ear plugs in, we heard the noise for hours. Made getting up the next morning for pure flight very unpleasant

The property has s outdated and looks run down. Carpet coming away from the walls. Scuff marks in rooms. Tub needs to be resurfaced. If theyre not gonna put tile down, they need to redo the carpeting throughout

Super convenient! 2 blocks from the beach. Minutes from the airport. We got a suite because we’re with a toddler and infant. Bummer that there weren’t any cribs available. We mad due. The room was huge. Had an actual bathtub which was nice with the kids.

Everyone is nice, 3 min walk from the beach. A bunch of restaurants at walking distance. Great area clean rooms absolutely no complaints me and my family had wonderful time!

The breakfast is great, the pool is big and has a nice kiddy pool for families. There is a beach walking distance and if you rent a car it is easy to find other cool areas of Puerto Rico to enjoy. If you go to a hotel to watch TV then the cable options won't be appealing but I don't go to a hotel to watch TV.

Not a friendly staff rude and sarcastic and no one got back to me in regards to my missing work ID Why the I charged $40 a night resort fee when the receipt says $35 never coming back sawfly ruined my Mother’s Day weekend and my boo in too was stolen them mysterious found in the laundry hotel Management never apologized nor followed up with me about my government work identification. La cueva Mar restaurant not friendly (rushing us to order them aggressive about the amt of tip to give staff and the patio restaurant I have to reach out to corporate that how bad it was ruined my dinner for Mother’s Day with my daughter

I enjoyed my stay there. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Upon check-in I was also given a voucher for two free drinks and two free snacks every day. That was a pleasant surprise. I have no negative comments. The pool was gorgeous And I was happy with everything.

Great location. Beautiful property. Great pool area. Great complimentary breakfast. First day we had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice and when finally cleaned not all towels were replaced.
