Hola Michael: Thank you for sharing your comments.Our sleeping rooms, as described in all platforms, are each 325 SF with Floor to Ceiling windows which allow for natural lighting and water views on both the Laguna and Ocean Side. We realize you may have not found the size as large as you would have preferred. I do realize that some details were missed in the housekeeping process upon your arrival and I thank you for sharing those comments during your checkout. I saw that our team offered you a just compensation and that the evidence was sent to you via email as a follow-up.
