Casa Blanca: Luxury Home by the Beach

This beautifully appointed home is perfect for large groups. Nestled in the heart of Ocean Park, this spacious home is just a few blocks from the beach. It is only a few minutes from some of San Juan's most iconic areas such as Condado, Old San Juan, and Santurce. It's also a quick 10-15 minutes from the SJU airport. 

The gated neighborhood in which this home resides offers great privacy and security, and is very peaceful yet lively. The home for your San Juan vacation awaits you! 

The space

The property consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, 1 full kitchen, 1 kitchenette, an outdoor balcony, and an outdoor covered deck. 

The space is also equipped with a washer, dryer, and water cistern, and charcoal grill. 

The way the property is laid out, both the first and second floor can be closed off and become separate living spaces with separate entrances if desired.

Also, the property just had brand new doors and windows installed. 

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire home. We will reach out the morning of your arrival to provide checkin details. We have contactless check in/check out. We will provide you with all the needed information in the days leading up to your stay. 

Myself and my cohost Kelisin live in the area, and can be available if anything comes up.

The home is located in a gated neighborhood of Ocean Park, in San Juan. This area is known for its upscale homes near the beach. It is a short distance away from Santurce, Condado, Old San Juan, and the airport. Ubers and taxis service the greater San Juan area. You can also rent a car if you'd like to get out of San Juan to explore.

There are a couple restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance of the home.

Other things to note

An important note: Likely from settling due to its proximity to the beach, some portions of the home are not completely level. Not everyone notices, but we like to mention it just in case. This has in no way affected any of the home's function or safety.

Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. 

Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. For requested Check in before 12pm, and for late Checkout requests after 12pm, an additional fee will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding.

Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. This property has a backup cistern, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
