Breathtaking Ocean Front View

Fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment; accommodates up to two (2) people. The bedroom features a breathtaking view of the ocean and has a King size bed, large dresser and closet. The recently remodeled bathroom is just outside the bedroom and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.
      In the living room there are two comfortable lounge chairs and a sofa as well as a TV with cable TV. The dining table accommodates up to four people. From the living area you have direct access to a balcony which looks directly onto the ocean. The brand new and very clean kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also features a counter with two stools. The entire apartment is equipped with WiFi.
     A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hotels, and casinos. Old San Juan, Ocean Park and Condado are just a short 15-minute drive away and the airport is just 10 minutes away by car.

Balcony was our favorite spot!

Lovely view overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. Nice accommodations. Comfortable bed. Near our favorite restaurant Alambique as well as stores and casinos. Bus costs 75 cents to go to San Juan each way. Great location!

Amazing property

The location of this property is perfect for a fun vacation. Beach and Pool are easily accessible and many restaurants you can walk to are nearby. Waking up and drinking a cup of coffee looking at the sunrise was the best part. The property is clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider renting it again in the future.

Perfect Spot for Lovers

My husband and I are newlyweds and decided to escape our daily routine for a breath taking view of the beach! The property manager Maria, was serve more of the “concierge” and was always responsive in a matter of minutes! The property had EVERYTHING We needed!

Beautiful View of the Ocean

We felt very comfortable. Kim and Maria were very helpful in answering our questions. The view from our balcony of the ocean was beautiful. We spent mornings with our coffee sitting out there, as well as evenings. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful view of Puerto Rico!

The condo was wonderful! The view is amazing. The place was very clean and it has everything one would need to cook, eat, sleep, or clean up! There were plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking utensils. There was a cooler which made taking drinks to the beach easy and cool. The 2 sets of keys made the stay convenient since to enter the building or the beach one must scan a fob for the doors to open. We felt safe and comfortable (btw the bed was very comfortable!). I would stay again in an instant when we come back to "Wonderful Puerto Rico!"

Beautiful area. Nice apartment. Regarding parking space very disappointed. Owner did not tell us about construction inside. Very hard to find parking outside. $5 dollars parking everything time in and out adds up 🤦‍♀️.

Beautiful view

The condo was very nice. Although small, it was perfect for two people. It was immaculate, well decorated, workable kitchen, and nice bathroom. Amenities were easily accessible and felt very safe. Great location for walking to stores, bars, and restaurants. Probably the prettiest view we’ve ever had. The only downside was the power outage across the area. We were without lights, hot water, and refrigeration two of the four days of our stay. The complex had generators, but not individual condos. We were not compensated for the two days, but the host did let us stay an extra day at no charge due to a flight cancellation. All in all a great area to visit.

I never give 5 stars, there is always room for improvement. If I give a place 5 then get to another place where everything is better, it makes the previous 5 stars mute. It was a great unit and view. The building itself needed repairs.

Great location, great view, great accommodations

Loved staying here! Perfect for a couple's quick winter getaway. Bed was comfortable, apartment was clean and well-stocked. Blender was not the best - that could use an upgrade. Maria was there to help us with anything and always quickly responded. The pool and beach were great. We didn't really use the folding chairs from the apartment as the pool has chairs available for us and it was only $4 to rent a lounge chair for the day on the beach! Well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

You can not beat the location. Perfect location, great views everywhere from the unit! Bedding was 5 star…..Kim and Maria were very accommodating. If available down the road I’ll rent this place again.

The apt has the best view and building in very convenient area.

We really enjoyed our stay apt has the most beautiful view and the building is in a really convenient area close to everything. Just a little criticism it would be helpful if you had better cooking utensils like better knives and maybe some new cooking pots .But like I said the apt was very clean and amazing view . Maria was also very very nice. We will be back soon .thank you very much.

Absolutely loved staying here!

It was perfect. We had a great time! It was so close to everything. The ocean view was perfect... Sat on that balcony and we were memorized. The rental was super clean and they were very thoughtful by having so many things there (ex. shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, chairs, cleaning supplies). We definitely did not want to leave and want to stay there again! PERFECT!
