L’établissement est bien situé prêt de tous les services. Des rénovations majeurs s’impose. Ilz entamaient des rénovations au moment où j’ai séjourné le 24-25 décembre et ce à partir de 7h le matin. Sincèrement je n’ai jamais aussi mal dormi dans un hôtel

Thank you for your review, We sorry if our renovation of the kitchen produced inconvinients in your visit, the workers come at 8:00am but we ask them to star doing most of the work after guest wake up, if you are in San Jose please you can come to Sportsmens Lodge and we´ll help you.

The two girls that sit near the pool table, I didn't really enjoy them in a way, couldn't really enjoy the 48 year old, I think it's time for her to retire!

Pleasurable stay
The stay was great except for couple of things: The shower head was simply terrible and the water adjustment was unpredictable as it would get hot with a slight turn. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Of all the hotels I have traveled, this hotel will rank at the very bottom. Terrible experience dealing with the management. Made a reservation for a Sunday night. I called to explain the family pet of 13 years was accidentally killed on the road and asked to simply move my reservation out 2 days. Knowing this information, the hotel refused to make any sort of accomodation whatsoever. Its their “policy” not to make any adjustment because I called “too late” just after learning our family pet just got killed. The arrogance and rudeness of these people is disgusting. “Too bad your dog is dead, we are keeping your money and will not make any adjustments.”

Bartender charged drinks from other people on my tab then I asked them to remove it and they told me to get the money from the other person that they charged it from on my room.. Horrible experience would never stay there again.

Mr. Ellington, About your experience we have provided a clean room, good food and good service from the staff, about the drinks you mention, there were two people in your double room and both asked drinks into the room tab, when asked for the check never said separate bill and you said take out of the tab the drinks of your roommate from the credit card that was already charge which you accepted to get the cash from the waitress from the drinks of your friends, which complete the transaction with your own drinks.

Mr. Ajay,Sportsmens Lodge is located in Barrio Amon, one of the most exclusive areas of San Jose, like any other place in the world you have to be careful but this area is very safe.
