It’s very convenient to stay here if you are doing a park and fly. They offer free Uber to and from the airport. It does offer free breakfast. The halls both times smelled like weed and our room smelled like dog when we checked in yesterday.

Didn't care for the area or vibe. Check in desk staff didn't give directions to the room. Ice machine near pool didn't work. Breakfast was lacking variety and wasn't refilled timely. Had only one waffle maker and no toppings. Oatmeal was the instant package, add water type. Seating area is not family friendly. I've stayed at other La Quinta locations (Morgan Hill) which was excellent. Will mark this one as a do not return.

Room was quiet, even though we were close to the dining area. We arrived after midnight and staff was nice and helpful. Area was quick and convenient to the airport.

The maintenance carts were in the hallway most of the day. The room was clean. The light in the bathroom needed replacement.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I know that no matter how late my flight is, they are a quick phone call away, and I will be at the hotel in a few minutes. I have never been disappointed in my room, either. It is inevitably comfortable and immaculate. Staying here takes all the stress out of arriving or departing from San Jose.

The only complaint I have is there needs to be more lighting in the Parking lots across from Burger King. We returned late at night, all close by parking was taken. The lot adjacent was very dark.

Our daughter attends San Jose State University. We’re in San Jose frequently. Hotel hits all matrix points. Affordable, clean, ground floor, excellent breakfast and a definite highlight on awesome staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel six times and the staff is consistently kind and courteous.

The place is nice, clean, and affordable. It's right off Hwy 101, near the San Jose Airport. That's a convenient location. My room was good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is included and it has the basics including coffee, eggs, make-your-own-waffles, cereal, and juice. Since it is across the highway from the airport, you will hear planes taking off, but it's not too bad. Since I was up early and out of the room by 7 a.m., and didn't return until much later, the sound of the planes wasn't a big deal. There's a Burger King next door and that's always good for a quick meal if you need it. Other places to eat are nearby, but you need a vehicle or you can Uber/Lyft. Good value.

The overall stay was convenient. Parking is free however if you leave your vehicle and take the shuttle to the airport while traveling, they want to charge you $80 flat fee for up to 1 week. I was not informed prior to my stay despite calling ahead to arrange. The long term airport parking is cheaper as is the satellite lots you can pay to park. Very deceiving and I will be sure to look at other hotel options in the future.
