L'accueil et à disposition ses rafraîchissements permanents. Sa disposition pour visiter SF. Son café et thé gratuit du matin. Son grand hall accueillant. Ses chambres spacieuses avec literie confortable. Un peu de bruit sur la rue.

Points positifs: chambre propre et joliment décorée, lit très confortable, personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, un apéro offert entre 17h et 18h. Points négatifs : prestations limitées (pas de petit-déjeuner, seuls du café et du thé à disposition jusqu'à 10h, pas de micro-onde dans les chambres mais ils peuvent en prêter un, pas de machine à café dans les chambres ni de café à la réception) et environnement sans charme particulier.

Très content de notre choix
Très bon hôtel, propre, bon accueil. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Le quartier est très calme, et la clientèle également, on peut donc très bien dormir (ce qui a été notre cas, alors qu’on avait la chambre en face des ascenseurs). Le quartier japonais est dépaysant et permet de manger d’excellents ramen, sushis ou glaces au matcha. Fillmore non loin est très sympathique. Les autres quartiers à voir sont plus loin, mais on aime marcher, donc pas un problème pour nous. L’hôtel prête également deux vélos, pratique même s’ils n’avaient pas de cadenas.

We fully enjoyed our stay here... Room was clean and there was plenty of room. staff was helpful. You had to ask for amenities like a hair dryer, but I believe you could get one. But it was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, there were enough outlets.. I can't think of anything negative about it. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Had a small fridge, no microwave, and no coffee in the room (coffee downstairs was very good) Overall, this place was great!!! Would recommend!

Walked in on
The hotel is quite lovely. The art and the vibe are right up our alley. Having room service walk in on me butt ass naked at 8am on a Sunday morning is the most ludicrous thing the staff could do. No apology, no nothing. When I told front desk I was told “yeah, that happens sometimes”. Well, in my 42yrs that is a first. Most likely will not be staying again do the lack of concern.

The staff were incredible and accommodating. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The hotel will only get better as they bring back the restaurant! Looking forward to staying here again. Love the proximity to Fillmore St.

Japanese design inspired hotel in SF Japantown
Very nice hotel in Japantown in San Francisco. Great access to Japantown malls, food, and shopping. Really enjoyed being able to get a plant at checkin and having this in our room, very fun! Room was very comfortable, with super plush mattress and bedding. Very nice Japanese inspired decorations in the room. Enjoyed the wine happy hour in early evening. Overall outstanding stay!
