This is a youth hotel with almost no services. They give you the keys of the prison like front entrance door (Tenderloin quarter is not the safest one in SF). However the room I had was quiet. Will not come back...

Room had refrigerator and microwave. Bed was clean and comfortable. For the price range this is a good deal. The room in the 50 to 60 dollar price range is hard to beat. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness.

It looks like in America the ground floor is also the 1st floor (1st floor in Europe is the floor above the ground floor) therefore there was a confusion as there is a lot of steps to get there as the roof is too high looks like you are trying to get in the 2nd floor. Nice staff . They wait for me as I have an incidence with my flight which was delayed. I am grateful for that. Microwave and fridge in the room which it is a bonus.

Clean, sparse, plain but nice. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and shower. Quiet. Nice staff. Very high depoait but negotiable. Neighborhood is sketchy but not dangerous.

Not advertised well for its actual location....within the Trans district of San Francisco. Not conducive to single females of older individuals. No elevator made it difficult to get to room 25 steps up especially for a disabled individual like myself. Room on street side was very noisy and the windows by the fire escape would not lock properly making it unsafe and unsecure. 20 rooms for 2 toilets and showers were not enough privacy for short term elderly travelers. No functioning coffee or potable water fountain. Overall, the worst place that I have stayed in period! I would rather spend money and get a decent place in SF next time. This was definitely a turn off for visiting the city.

The decorations in the room were nice and the bed was comfortable. There is a flight of stairs before the check-in, which is not ideal for a large amount of luggage. There is a locked gate on the outside of the building, so it felt safe.

Number of homeless people around the hotel is staggering. There is no elevator and stairs are very high, unsuitable for any non- sports trained person.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel expecting a cheap hotel in the tenderloin. I was under no illusions that this hotel would be fancy or nice, but what I did not expect was bed bugs!!! I awoke to two huge bed bugs crawling on my pillow! Absolutely disgusted, I told the person at the front desk, who put me in another room. Within five minutes of being in that room, I saw a bed bug crawling on the floor. This place is infested and they are clearly not doing what they need to do to contain it. I now see that many of the reviews talk about the bed bugs, and the hotel has clearly not called in professionals to treat this infestation. Complete negligence!

Avoid if at all possible
Not a great part of town, lack of amenities, didn’t feel all that safe, room wasn’t all that clean and I saw bugs, and no one was operating the desk when I went to checkout.

This property was in a very bad area. Unfortuantely i did nit get to stay at the hotel because i didnt have 250$ cash deposit for the hotel. But one thing that was weird is she showed me soneones cash deposit to prove to me that they charge a 26l50 cash deposit. And i didnt buy it for the simple reason is no business just flaunts cash like that especially at 1am in the tenderloin ditrict in san francisco.

The location was great in relation to our venue, but not the nicest part of the city to stay in. That said, what a cute little spot for a great price. Clean room and the shared bathroom was always clean too.

Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Microwelle, Ventilator und großem TV mit vielen Programmen. Sogar die Fussballbundesliga wurde live übertragen. Obwohl das Hotel in dem etwas problematischem Viertel Tenderloin liegt und sich dort viele Obdachlose aufhalten, konnte man sich bis abends 22 Uhr sicher bewegen.

Área de moradores de rua e usuários de drogas, local que gostaríamos de não ter conhecido...as ruas sujas e fedidas, sem polícia, local abandonado... Penaamos em não ficar lá mas como eram apenas dois dias acabamos aguentando... Não se hospedam nesta região!

San Francisco é um lugar caro. Absurdamente caro. O hotel é antigo e muito simples? É! É básico mas honesto. Se não tens problemas em estar num sítio simples e honesto, sem luxo, esta é uma excelente opção. Está a 2 minutos do Hilton, no coração da cidade, em Tenderloin. Rodeado de sem abrigo, ruas sujas? Sim! Mas senti-me seguro, os pobres dão os bons dias como eu. É a realidade toda para quem não gosta de ficção. Mas não é para isso que viajamos? Gerido por uma Família simpática e atenta ao bem estar dos clientes. Repetiria a experiência.

We did not stay in a The Hotel cause the environment was very bad. There were a lots o homeless and people selling drugs , the city should do some thing about it .. Tje ahora looks clean an nice but couldn’t stand to be expose to all this people .
