Bon hôtel et bon emplacement
Literie très confortable et hotel silencieux malgré l'emplacement proche de l'aéroport. Nous avons prix un bus juste devant l' hôtel à 2 min pour le centre de San Francisco. Bus 386 qui est direct, donc très pratique. Par contre il n y a pas vraiment de petit-déjeuner, juste un sachet avec un truc salé à chauffer au micro-onde et de l'eau...pas de jus.

Bon hôtel uniquement pour l'accès à l'aéroport
Hôtel pratique uniquement pour une nuit avant ou après un vol à l'aéroport. Autrement, je ne recommande pas d'y séjourner. J'ai été très déçue du peu d'efforts que faisait l'hôtel pour l'environnement. Toutes les serviettes étaient changées à tous les jours alors que ce n'était pas du tout nécessaire. Même le savon était jeté et remplacé par un nouveau savon emballé à tous les jours. Franchement, qui fait encore ça de nos jours? Gaspillage de ressources inutile. L'hôtel est peu accessible en transports en commun. Nous avons fini par prendre un Uber plusieurs fois pour aller ou revenir de San Francisco... nous aurions finalement dû investir cet argent pour loger au centre-ville de San Francisco et nous éviter du temps de transport. L'accueil était sympathique mais n'a pas su nous renseigner sur l'autobus se rendant au centre-ville, qui passe pourtant en face de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeûner est servi tôt, entre 6h et 9h, et est bien complet (oeufs, bacon, bagels, yogourt, etc.), donc un point positif pour cet aspect.

Situé à 1km du BART et tout près de l'aéroport et des locations de voiture. Resto B.JS situé à 1 km et très bien. Très bon rapport qualité prix et le personnel est très courtois et avenant.

Property was in close proximity to the airport. So much so that you can hear the planes take off. Staff was friendly. The room itself was spacious for the 2 king beds but the cleanliness could’ve been better and the bathroom supplies could’ve been better. Rooms seem outdated.

Hubby and I decided to take a weekend drive to San Francisco from LA for date night.. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Staff was very nice. We were able to check in early!! Room was big and very clean. We slept like babies . Definitely will return . Thank you

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times when in town for meetings. The rooms are modern, well kept, clean, and comfortable. Parking is also free, which is not the case in all hotels in the area. This is my go to property when in the area.

I like the location, the family room, the breakfast, it's superb! The transportation to the airport, the parking everything except some parts of the room we were in has a pungent odor near the window, not much but for a sensitive smelling person like me I can smell maybe the curtain. But given the chance to book again, I will go with Atrium.

The property was clean, organized and very nice! The staff was very pleasant! The room was a very nice size with an Arch architecture that made it even a better looking room. The bed was very comfortable! Very good area!
