We are sorry to read that your experience was not entirely positive, in any case we consider it appropriate to respond to the critical issues you reported. As far as our surcharges are concerned, these are well reported on our official website and on all booking portals. We do not understand, therefore, your comment in this regard. We would also like to emphasize that these surcharges are not compulsory, but are additional in case the customer wishes to access some of the services offered by our hotel. In reference, on the other hand, to our staff we are to emphasize that this one stands out for its friendliness and professionalism, people of great experience who stand out for their strong orientation to the Guest. We have absolutely no knowledge that our staff performs service in a disorganized manner. In any case, we hope that overall you have enjoyed a pleasant stay on Lake Garda. Kind regards.

Dear Customer, thank you for sharing your point of view on your stay at our Park Hotel Casimiro. We care about our customers’ opinions. We’re happy to read you appreciated the exteriors of the hotel, and we’re sorry if a longer walk branching the hotel beach to the closer villages is still not available. Of course, this is not due to our responsibility, nonetheless all of our customers enjoy alternative paths to have pleasant walks close to the hotel. As far as the drain in your room, we are sorry to understand what happened: our staff is always at our customers’ disposal, furthermore ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works are always scheduled so to guarantee a proper service in each room. As far as our restaurant service, a wide choice is always provided in order to satisfy all of our customers’ expectations, and we are sorry to understand some of the proposed dishes were not fully of your taste. Even if vegan and vegetarian alternatives can always be found on our buffet, our customers when booking usually signal eventual specific diets, so to alert the kitchen staff in time. However, we can assure you that our hotel respects all the necessary requirements for its four stars. We hope that, overall, you spent a nice holiday on the Lake Garda and look forward to welcoming you again in the future. Best regards.
