We stayed the weekend for my wifes birthday and to attend Padres game Friday & Saturday night. The staff was extremely friendly and informative. Rooms were great and location was perfect as we only had 1 block to stadium. This is where we will continue to stay when attending Padres games.

The main reason I selected this hotel was for the ruff top bar. When I checked in, I was informed it was closed until 4/2. Wish I was notified before booking.

They wouldn’t let us change our room temperature. Our room was simply too hot. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted to charge us a “hefty fine” for an additional 30 minutes.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Sara and Mario were great bartenders and servers. Only upgrade would be to have one or two more during the happy hour times to help with the service of drinks and food being ordered. Really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel Indigo good but could be better!
The rooms are cleaned and spacious but the walls are thin. Customer service is great but could be better if they provided other options for parking versus valet. I don't know about you but $59 dollars a night for parking is crazy. When you could park on 6th and K or 7th and Market garage parking etc...for $15 dollars for the entire day. Just my two scents!

Not a bad hotel but they were doing very loud construction from 9-5pm - I had tried to rest but it was noisy. They moved me to another room ;after asking if I had tidied up” and the new room was also loud. This should have been disclosed up front honestly. There is also a mandatory $25 “resort fee” per day which wasn’t brought up into I paid. It was kind of misleading. Overall the room was nice and decent location near the stadium. I doubt I’d go back but it could have been worse

There was construction going on from around 0800-1600 daily. It was very loud. I appreciated housekeeping giving fresh towels daily. Comfortable beds.

Beautiful rooms. Very conveniently located near Gaslamp District. Only negative was the noise from the other rooms. We could hear everyone else's TV's until midnight-1am each night.
