THE SPACE

Nestled in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, in the Chianti area, in a small valley just 3 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Casale LA FORNACE comprises three separate apartments in addition to a splendid barn with independent entrances and shared outdoor areas.

- "La Villetta" is about 120 m², intimate and secluded, surrounded by a garden. It consists of a master bedroom, a room with two single beds and a cradle, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining/living area.

- "La Grande" is approximately 170 m², with two entrances on the ground floor and part of the apartment extending to the first floor; it is very spacious and includes four bedrooms (three doubles, one with two single beds and a cradle), three bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and living room, plus an additional dining/kitchenette area.

- "La Loggia" is 100 m²; a large glass wall fills the living area with light, which consists of a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Additionally, there is a mezzanine that has been converted into a sleeping area with a floor mattress. A short staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a small single bed, and a cradle; connected to this room is the second bathroom.

The entire complex is suitable for large groups, accommodating up to 14 adults, 2 children, and 3 infants.

The property boasts ample green spaces and a swimming pool open from May to October, as well as a private drive and parking. It is an ideal location to spend a relaxing vacation in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

Guest access is available. The villa is exclusively used as a complex divided into 3 apartments plus an independent barn separate from the central building. When rented exclusively, the entire compound features a private swimming pool. There are also private vehicular access points with an electric gate.

Other things to note:
To reach our farmhouse, an automobile is necessary, as it is located in open countryside not served by public transportation. The property is accessed via a well-maintained dirt road for about 2 km, including a steep section with a concrete surface (vehicles with extremely sporty suspensions are not recommended).
