« Make the Home is very beautiful, but it was not that clean at all. Dog pee was all over the carpets the side of the beds and the door frames so they must’ve had a male dog. We did not have hardly any towels and the towels that were there, barely went around you ! The dryer did not work. We needed to wash some towels and we had to put them outside to dry. Communication with the owner was slow to check on the issues and not resolved during our stay. The owner was “sorry” that the propane tanks could not be refilled during our stay and gave us 500 refund (17% of our total stay bill) and offered us a free night if we book another stay. We were...
