« Good news The house was close to the wedding venue that we were attending. Bad news THIS IS NOT A LUXURY STAY the home was dated and needs a face lift, decorations looked like they were from the 80's early 90's. . The AC didn't work that well and showers were a bit slow on pressure. In the bedroom downstairs you could here every step from the kitchen coming thru the floor. I wouldn't recommend if you have a handicapped person in your family as there are stairs both to the loft and to the bedroom...

« Check-in was tedious, after 5 you must call the office; I checked in at 8, I had to stand outside at the door and call two different numbers to reach someone. When they answered they made me feel as though I interrupted their rest and asked with a doubtful tone if I was at the door .The unit- the front door's bottom door knob was flimsy and loose.It had an old, stale unpleasant odor. The couches seemed old, cushion stuffing was coming out and they were not inviting, we covered them with sheets....

Come for the pool, stay for the warm atmosphere and the caves and multiple outdoor hang out spots (the hot tub under the stars was a major highlight). Could not recommend more and we will definitely be back next year for our annual visit. »

« Our family of 14 people, ages 17-85, thoroughly loved our week long stay at this beautiful property. We have used VRBO many times and would consider this vacation on top of our ratings. This home is huge and totally accommodated our large group. It is on the water and has all the toys any family could possibly require. « Hot tub was as advertised! Wonder, clean and easy to use! Game room was suitable. Some of the electronics need to be maintained so full functionality is available. Need new chalk for pool sticks. There are zero board games, cards or puzzles. Kitchen amenities were nice. Ice maker in fridge needs repairs. We had to buy ice. Some kitchen items could be replaced. Cookie sheets and skillets have seen better days. The outdoor area in front has limited utility given it was dirty. A brooming or blowing...
