« Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed. »

« Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model. »

« The apartment was clean, convenient and well appointed. It was easy to find and Ann met us to help with entrance and explain features of it. I highly recommend this home when visiting the high desert »

« Views are fantastic and place is super clean- basic but has everything you need - pool is very nice especially with the view- street to get there is rough- no problem during day but wouldn’t want to do that at night - but overall great place- will probably go again »

« The place is attached to the owners house around the back which wasn’t a huge deal for us, but that wasn't clear on the listing. Very clean though, in a good location, and not too far from shopping/restaurants or the national park! »
