When we arrived the AC was out. We were not offered any accommodation on food, beverage or the $59 valet fee for the inconvenience. Room service was good. The next morning we realized there was no coffee in the room. We called down to get some but it never came.

The room was clean and the pool area was nice. However we booked this location because they advertise a DJ by the pool but come to find out that doesn't happen until Labor Day weekend. We had breakfast downstairs and it just seemed like there was not enough staff. From the restaurant you have a view of the park which would be nice if it were not for the large homeless population that you see living in the park.

There was only one very small elevator in use while the other three were shut down for repairs which were never being done during the day throughout my stay. The bathroom in my room was very dirty, screws through the roof, hair on my shower wall and when the room was “made up” at my request, not everything (towels, floor mats, etc…) was actually redone. I put my breakfast order out by 10pm the eve of my last day, and it was never picked up and consequently I received no breakfast. I would definitely not choose to stay here again.

I loved that the hotel really embraced the era of the building. It was so fun to come into the lobby with love jazz music. I did not like that the only option is to valet and it was very expensive to do so.

It has a lot of character and History. The rooms are very nice. We were not made to feel special on this trip. It was just average at best. It was not what we are used to receiving from this establishment. We look forward to staying here because of how well we are usually treated. Not so much this time. We will probably search out a new favorite stay.

The whole hotel water system shut down til after 5pm. Three main elevators out of service. That leaves one elevator for all hotel guests for our entire stay. The door frame in my room came off when we went to open the door

The St. Anthony Staff were super welcoming to us and our dogs. The St. Anthony stepped up when another hotel overbooked our room and we were left stranded. We would definitely stay here again. It’s beautiful! :)

The hotel is gorgeous! Lovely interiors throughout. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The service was impeccable. We had the best meal at the Rebelle restaurant for my husband's birthday. Those oysters and scallops were melt-in-your-mouth amazing! Breakfast was delicious as well. The pool area was very nice. The only inconvenience was that only 1 out of 3 elevators was working, and we were on the 10th floor, so we had to wait a while. The hotel location is convenient, being downtown, close to many other restaurants and venues close by. Easy to walk around the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

the property was great as inside felt so luxurious and clean. The only thing we did not like was the hotel was facing the travis park and there were a lot of homelessness and the area smelled bad due to the homeless.

Arrived at 5.15pm, room not ready until 6.15pm, we were going out for dinner so no time to relax and have a shower. Following day we got back to hotel around 4.30pm and room wasn’t cleaned, had to phone reception and maid arrived at 5.30 and started then. Only one elevator working and waited 15 mins to go from floor to reception. Room and location was good but let down by poor service

Food is a bit pricey, only 2/4 elevators worked and can be loud outside at night cars alarms going off and racing. But love the property itself it’s convenient and walkable to everything basically a block or two away from the hot spots.
