We had a death and had to change arrangements and needed an early check in. We had to pay a small fee, but they worked with us and got us in early. Their hospitality was great! If we go back, this is where we will stay!

Love being here. Stayed and ate at the bar and had some cocktails. Luis was a great bartender and server all evening. Nickie and Phillip were very helpful at check in and our room is beautiful.

Very nice hotel with a bar and restraunt on site. The room was extremely clean and the hotel staff was amazing. Will definitely recomend to anyone having to stay in boerne tx.

the front desk was most helplful and I appreicated
Had requested an accessible room. Was giving a room that had a tub that it was necessary tot climb over...the reservation quoted "walk in shower". there was not room on sink for a case of any size. there was no area to even place or hang a towel. Requested a move. Unpacked in next room. the realized that the shower door was stuck. Had to move to another room! The third time was a charm...after almost an hour of pickling ands repacking! Not a fun way to spend a vacation!

A bit disappointing....
We had a holiday party in Boerne and decided to stay the night so that we could go to the Christmas Market the next morning. We'd heard the Bevy was nice so we booked it. Overall it was ok but we left disappointed. We probably won't stay there again as the cons outweighed the pros. PROS: It was quaint with a nice little bar, restaurant and live music on the ground floor. They seemed to have a lot of amenities in the lobby to include clothing for sale, snacks for sale and an ATM cash machine. Room was very clean with a mini-fridge and a nice little coffee bar. A little surprise were the cookies at check in. CONS: Staff put us in an ADA accessible room. Not a huge deal but everything is very low to the ground. I asked the front desk why we were given the room and her answer was that they reserve the right to put us in another room type when we book through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I thought this was a little rude. The pool sat right outside of the lobby and restaurant windows which made me not want to go, although I realize that's my own insecurity. The bathroom door (barn door) would not stay closed (it kept popping wide open). The biggest issue for us was that the walls were paper thin + the bed & pillows were uncomfortable which left us with a sleepless night.

Overall. Good trip but then Saturday evening they hald a high school reunion in the lobby with amplified music. You heard the music throughout the hotel or at least up to our room on the 3rd floor at the opposite end of the hotel. Yes it quit at 10 but did not make for a pleasant evening

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool and good food in the dining room. Nice bar area with comfortable seating. There is no microwave in rooms which wasn’t too big a deal for me but I couldn’t eat a snack I had with me that required heating. Did notice they have a microwave in snacks area off of lobby. Only real complaint is that the TV has only a few channels and there is no access to Netflix or other apps. There are a variety of movies available but all require rental fees.

Visiting family and stopped here to enjoy the pool for a few hours before meeting everyone. Pool was lovely. Hotel was clean. We ended up with a room near the elevator and ice machine and thought we were in for a disaster of a night but never heard a thing all night. It was great.

The only reason I gave it an average overall score is because the room I requested was one with a walk-in shower due to having a bad hip but got one with a tub instead. The room also had an unpleasant smell.

Very nice room, staff was helpful. My only complaint was that I tried to book my room over the phone with the hotel directly and couldn't. I was forced to use Expedia I wasn't satisfied with their services.
