Estaba muy sucio el cuarto comúnmente me hospedo en Laredo en el motel 6 pero este de san Antonio estaba súper sucio y olía mucho a cigarro

The bed was by far the worst part of my stay (aside from the roaches, but that kind of stuff doesn't really bother me). It literally felt as though I was sleeping on a wooden plank with a sheet covering it. I couldn't properly sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there, and had constant body aches. Also, the shower didn't work. Everything else was good, the staff and people there were really nice. But, that bed . . . awful.

Not Recommended.
This is one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty. No towels in the room. Dirty sheets, dirty pillows, dirty floors, dirty walls. A ball of toilet paper stuck to the wall. Nasty. Front desk service was ok.

ROOM WAS DIRTY AND FELT NASTY, GOT A ROOM FOR 4 PEOPLE AND ONLY HAD ONE TOWEL IN THE ROOM AND WHEN I WENT DOWN TO GET MORE TOWELS THE LADY LOOKED AT ME UGLY AND GAVE ME 2 POOL TOWELS WHEN I ASKED FOR 3. THE ROOM SMELLED GROSS. AND IT WAS SO HOT THE AC DIDNT WORK.

It's a little run down and the rooms ac wasn't working but the staff was great and they let us use the microwave in the front office. This place also has a pool, vending machines and a laundromat. Lots of places to dine and shop.

worst trip ever
it was horrible, we didn't even complete our stay . The air conditions were hardly working, the heat was unbearable and the roaches greeted you at the door.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Holes in everything. Bugs crawling all over the bed and the walls. I walked into the room and walked right back out.

Well the room didn’t have no fridge or microwave the pillow cases weren’t very clean had stains on them the toilet didn’t flush very well there was homeless in the area pool was dirty….the plus is the area had lots of restaurants to choose from

If you want to live with homeless people, than this place is for you. Otherwise make a big turn around this place. I left right after check in.

Worst stay ever
Non smoking rooms and the rooms smelt like smoke one room ac didn’t work remote didn’t work dry blood on sheet smelt horrible no hot water on our last day in room 238 also had room 240 roaches on bed biting us while sleeping (not bed bugs) room smelt like smoke it was the WORST motel my family and I had ever stayed at while visiting SanAntonio!! I was so grossed out every time we left and came back cause the rooms smelt horrible and it just was an ugly vibe had Lysol and air fresheners and still stunk thankfully we take our own blankets to put on bed we don’t even use there sheets blankets nor pillows

The room had cigarette butts, roaches, burn holes in the bedding & bath tub.. we had to request a shower curtain, trash can, towels, toilet paper, batteries for the remote, the microwave did not work & we found trash from previous guests stay.. we were originally denied the towels.. the door jamm was broken & the smoke detector was removed because the battery needed replacing & the maintenance man didn't feel like dealing with it our entire stay.. we took a video.. the workers were rude & unaccommedating

We couldn’t sleep all night. Stay away from here. We were just taking a brake night from a long road trip and there’s was constantly disturbance over the night. Multiple police unit coming to the hotel over different domestic fights in rooms. Lots of noise all night. Don’t stay here if you really want to rest.

Terrible, smelled of smoke, unclean.
The room initially booked was the worst I’ve ever been in. It smelled of cigarettes, was not very clean…hot and small with no refrigerator. I complained and they offered me an upgrade for $25 which I took because the room had two beds, was cool albeit not very clean. I will never stay at this specific property again.

WORST HOTEL IN SAN ANTONIO
Never in my life experienced anything is horrible as this stay. I was put in a filthy room that had no towels, toliet tissue and clearly not been cleaned I'm adding pictures of the room , I will spare the image of poo left in toilet . I had turned in key and requested refund for the room being dirty room and was denied my refund and denied re-entry to room. There was an event in town and most hotels were booked solid. 4 hrs later I was able to find a room to stay. 20 miles out my way and triple the cost.

When i arrived motel 6 front office. Went to another side night small box with window. Not in person enter front office. I checked in and gave my I'd card she said charged $65 i said no its not correct and i get my cellphone and show her hotels.com information then she made room #264 gave. Me hotel card and i went move in then i opened door and saw nasty room not cleaned then i went back office complaining about room #264 and the lady go checked room and saw nasty room so she switched different room to next room #265 the room cleaned and changed room key card. I moved in until next day Thursday morning after 11am checked out. But when i took bath and changed clothes after that i just pulled out all dirty bed sheets and towels on the floor. I found there bed mattress are ugly like dried blood on mattress never changed. I took pictures of them showed office but during daytime by 11 am front office still locked door wow its looks no good SMH

We booked a nonsmoking room, but as soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke slapped you in the face. While waiting to check-in, a roach crawled out of the microwave and another was crawling on the dryer. Th place was so disgusting we left. Motel 6 and Travelocity have been no help in getting our money back.
