This location scammed me out of my security deposit because I was 40 minutes late for their standards. Absolutely not right and they probably only said that because I paid the deposit in cash. They probably already spent it never staying here again

Only 1 female Hispanic housekeep with shorter dark hair was helpful and friendly but didn’t get her name, I’ll try to next time but besides her- it’s nasty dirty. Theres roaches and the water has been running nonstop all week in a nasty looking dirty bathtub. Only stayed because its to hard to move a 83yr old many in and out of rooms so happy to be gone when our new home is ready any day now! .

This place was gross. The images on Expedia DO NOT match the actual property. The property itself feels unsafe; homeless people walking throughout the parking lot, and from what we witnessed, dope deals happening in the stairwells. Externally, the property was grimy and smelly; the inside of our room smelled like urine and sweat. Our room was filthy; miscellaneous stains on the walls and doors, the bedding & towels provided were dingy, stained, smelly and unclean.

I didn’t like anything about this place. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was 2:00 a:m and was tired from my drive I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. The screws and lock on the entrance to the room where not secure. The water was leaking in the tub. I reported it to the front desk and when maintenance came to repair the leak he responded by saying it was a small leak and left without repairing it. The air conditioner had no vent cover so the air was blowing straight on you. The door was not sealed properly cause a gap. And I killed to roaches and a third get away. My stay was for two nights but I left the next day. I would not ever recommend the dump to even my worst enemy. They also as for a $20 dollar deposit before I checked in. They were somewhat reluctant to tried to return my deposit. They also refused to give me a receipt saying that I left Saturday instead of Sunday my appointed check out day. If at all possible please done recommend the place and if all possible please refund my stay or at least my last day.

1/10 bad place to stay
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel, first of all when we arrived to the room there was a roach crawling on top of the bed sheet and the room was really small for a “deluxe queen room” the room didn’t even come with shampoo or conditioner just the hand soap they provide. Also when we were there overnight the room felt so humid and moist like it was damp and the floor felt disgusting after the night passed like wet floors. I would consider anyone thinking of staying here to just spend a little extra somewhere else and actually get your moneys worth. I do not recommend anyone stay here what so ever.

Room was not particularly clean. It was in poor condition. Shower had rust or old blood on it. Curtains were stained. Bed was barely sufficient. Door didn’t want to open upon entry.

Worst ever
Don’t ever get room 324. People tried to break in 4 times in room. It’s like they knew the door was easy to get in. Luckily I had the latch on or they would of got in. Someone kept calling me treatening me. Asking for an girl named Tiffany and they tried to say I didn’t even pay for the room and they work front test. It was an terrible night. They kept coming to the door knocking. I couldn’t even sleep

Initially the first date that I came to this motel I was beat up and robbed the management did not care they did not look up the cameras they put me all the way on the third floor they did not have a pulley or a dolly for for your suitcases they were very rude I was 30 minutes late but my rooms have always been reserved ahead of time and they treat me like I am less than I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they move me to the first floor but it's it's even more worse because they're just watching you hounding you talking about you they speak Spanish and they're very very rude if you're like 30 minutes late they make you seem like you're a peasant and you're poor and why can't you pay on time and like you owe them they do not believe in customers are right they do not have friendly customer service the woman is like well you're always late what's the problem very in my business you know being in this area is stressful and it has made my a priorities inconvenience and I don't have a vehicle so the nearest bus stop is maybe a mile or half a mile away the plumbing is very bad it's hard to bathe a shower because it's clogged up I gave them the blanket they have never returned a blanket back I just been in this room with no blanket yeah I the only reason why I had to stay in this area was because of work and because I do not drive but if I did I would have been gone the day I got jumped I had to make a police report

Booked a queen we got a full. Shower was leaking, ac didn’t work well. The shower had burns all over it. Half the lights didn’t work. The wife was so disgusted we ended up staying somewhere else. We just went back in the morning for or stuff.
