Staff were friendly and checking in was fast. Cleanliness was lacking in many ways. Sink had residues that made me want to puke, carpet smelled musty, sheets and pillows had stains, the sheets actually made my partner and I very itchy the first night until they got changed the next morning were able to sleep comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, just white bread with jelly/butter and a few options of cereal.

Everything was great, really nice staff clean room and space full with a nice chair and desk for me to sit and study. The bathroom was clean and the small soap and shampoo they give smelled and worked really nice, had a really nice bath. It was perfect as for what I needed the only inconvenience was this guy outside making noise and smoking 🍀, nevertheless the personal were kind. Foenthe breakfast they give coffe, apple juice and orange juice with bread, cereal or. Hot cakes and some oatmeal. I'm thankful for everything

checked in and the toilet was clogged. the guy at the front desk did not want to switch our room. came in and just looked at toilet and said it was fine - when i flushed it the water went all the way to the top - husband is a plumber and told him the line was clogged. finally he moved us to another room this one had a broken drain in the tub. Since we showered instead of a bath, we just made the best of it.

It was great to stay at, no one bothered us... front desk was very courteous and respectful. The only problem we had was i paid to extend checkout and housekeeping was asking if we were leaving and it was only 11:30am while i was packing things in the car... I felt kind of rushed, also the maintenance guys were drilling in the room next to ours, but aside from that it was great very clean.

Front desk was very nice. Super noisy due to how close it was to the freeway, only thing they offer for breakfast is toast and cereal, door was broken, parents room had cigarette stains on bathtub and reeked of cigarette smoke although it was supposed to be non smoking room, when I shook off the sheets there was dirt flying off. I guess I got what I paid for… the reviews and photos were very misleading.

Everything was ok till i looked behind the doors and entrance. It was dirty and just needed a good sweep. The problem was when i looked into the bed and the sheets were dirty. Since it was only for a few hours we just slept with clothes on.

The staff member's customer service is the only thing that was good about this. The room was completely disgusting, baby roaches everywhere including the toilet. The bathtub did not drain properly and was disgusting. It was also broken. There weas hair on the floor as well as dirt. I will definitely not be staying here again. Kudos to front desk for her excellent customer service though.

Pros: The staff were super friendly and I loved the text opt to ask them questions because they were super fast at responding. Room was over all newer looking and clean. Cons: Parking area was sketchy looking and since I had to enter the rooms from outside, it added to the feeling of being unsafe. Had a lot of construction and oil field workers staying there and loitering around the area late at night. if you are looking to fill up on breakfast, dont count on it unless you are on a liquid diet. I wanted to rate the hotel higher, but the outside/surrounding area made for lower rating. If your looking for a quick place to sleep and move on the next day, this is the perfect place then. Priced about right.

Well as I usually do. I inspected the room and the tub was full of "epoxy peeling off" as I was told per the manager. Than had no window blinds just had a piece of paper on there. I was given another room that was worst and even smoking in it.

Lobby looks like construction area. Messy. The A/C on our room start liking water all over the floor, maintenance never shows up to clean. They moved us to other room. Less than 5 minutes the fire alarms start beeping (running out of battery). Very disappointing when we only want to rest after a long day at Seaworld.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Only knocked of a star cause the service took some time my husband waited around in lobby for some time before we could get someone’s attention and i had to call to get the front desk and the weird stains in the bathtub but everything else was great clean room no bugs and the pool was open which was great cause it was hot

I was not expecting a extravagant hotel for the price, but the staff was rude and our room was dirty. The shower was falling apart, there were roaches in our room and there was still beer in the refrigerator from the previous client. They tried to force their way in the next morning 09:56 a.m. while we were still asleep.

It was conveniently located near expressway, which also meant it was noisy, if you had a front room. The room and bathroom, especially, were unusually large, which was nice. I stayed twice, in two different rooms, and had problems with the key card both times.
